Days Inn by Wyndham Battlefield Rd/Hwy 65

Location. Quiet. If I needed something I could drive or walk to store next door. They had anything I'd need. Had to stay another night because of car problems. They were very accommodating.

The only negative I could remark on was that they didn't have a very good selection for breakfast. Mostly cold items. As I wasn't able to drive anywhere I was forced to eat a cold breakfast or order online for delivery, or wait for lunch.

The older lady who checked me in was still there during breakfast of the next morning. After a complaint by another patron, she dumped out the old orange juice out of the pitcher, washed the container and put in fresh OJ from the gallon from the fridge. It was pretty good then! Last week when I had stayed the night, the OJ was rotten and I just dumped out my cup and warned other patrons. This older lady who was there seemed to go the extra mile. The gentleman who took her place was friendly also.

It was a pretty positive experience.

The breakfast was nice and well prepared. There was enough for all the guests. Most hotels run out of food if you go down to eat later in the morning.

The housekeeper walked into out room without knocking. She thought we had checked out and it was 9:00am. My husband was laying on the bed in his underwear and I had just got out of the shower and was in the bathroom getting dressed. it was quite embarrassing.

Excellent location! The employees were all very polite and accommodating! They were installing brand new shower curtains in the rooms and made sure we got ours before we entered the room!

The bed was a little wonky. But I told them about it at checkout. The wallpaper needs to be re done but the room was very clean!

The staff was very courteous and accommodating. We stayed in #114. Very clean room & comfortable bed. Great water pressure in the shower & HOT water!!!!

The lounge chair in room #114 is needing to be replaced. The breakfast offered was pastries & cold cereal, milk/juice/coffee -- very disappointing! Also, the room ABOVE us was occupied by guests with a larger dog (played...ran...barked).

The hotels located in a great location. The staff was super friendly. There was a continental breakfast which satisfied me. I was able to have my dog and they made sure I was at a room close to an exit. I love that they paid attention to that detail.

The only thing I didn't like is that the pillows were very hard.

the price of 2 nights, with the Big king bed setup was the perfect price. Conveniently located right off of Hgwy 65 and Battlefield. This is my choice of hotels when I come down to Springfield

I have never experienced any issues in this particular establishment

The night clerk was very good! She had a good disposition and was very helpful. We learned that she had decorated the breakfast area with glass tables, flowers on each table, antique organ and other furniture. Everything was clean and you would think you were in someone's home. That was really appreciated!

The room needed to be upgraded.

Location was excellent as we were in town to see family who live nearby. The swimming pool was most refreshing after a long, hot day. The room was a very good size which was pleasing as we were there for a few nights.

Staff, bed, shower all were great. Really good.

I had a downstairs room. Someone checked in to the room directly above me and the floor squeaked LOUD (which transmitted directly to my ceiling) every time they moved, which seemed to be relentless. Not sure what they were doing up there, but I got 2-3 hours of sleep. This is obviously some sort of design flaw in the construction. My advice is to NOT stay in the lower floor rooms, unless you don't need to sleep.
