It was very clean and comfortable.

There was a staff that chewed my friend out in the smoke area because an elderly lady was complaining that everybody in the smoke area was making too much noise even though the people in the smoke area was talking softly, but the next day the employee was reported due to inappropriate behavior and he was fired so the management quickly resolved the issue especially since this wasn't the first time this has happened with the employee chewing customers out saying he was going to call the cops on the customers. Thank you management for dealing with the situation. I still gave a good review because the situation was handled. I will be back to this motel again next month.

It 2as 9n the road of everything that we did. It was easy to get into and good parking. Good towels. Bed was softish. That was good for me, less for husband.

The rooms had damage. There was torn and broken drywall on the floor of the room and hallway.

The pool was nice and breakfast on weekends was good but on Monday it wasn't.

Food in the air conditioner filters was nasty. No one came to see if we needed towels or empty trash.

Close to my work place. Near all the stores.

One washer and dryer to wash your clothes and the internet is very poor.

Jacuzzi, big comfy bed, huge bathroom, room didnt face front of hotel so enjoyed curtains being open. Staff was nice. Clean room, nice size mini fridge in room.

Shower isnt fat people friendly (very narrow). Not a big selection of breakfasts available (scrambled eggs- very salty, sausage links, biscuits and gravy. toast, milk and juice), pillows were fluffy but flattened quickly. Room didnt stay cool while using A/C unit in room.

Breakfast was standard, scrambled eggs, toast, sausage links, biscuits, gravy, oatmeal, fruit cups, yogurt, coffee, apple and orange juice. Staff is super nice and very helpful!!! House keeping comes every day great service. Great wifi and TV service through DirecTV.

The atmosphere is pleasant. The staff was very polite, kind and helpful. I approached the desk several times and received prompt courteous attention. Loved the pool. I loved the tv too. It had crisp clear vision.

The only thing about my stay that was a possible issue was the condition of the room being a bit old such as the table and the bathroom ceiling. Just simply put, those two weren't new appearing, though it was still very comfortable for me.

cleaning staff was yelling at each other about behaviors and attitudes! I had to keep cutting my lessons short with my students becuz they were so loud!

The room was comfy. The kids liked the breakfast and ofcourse the pool.w

Had a little bit more of a section for breakfast during the week.

Breakfast- Spa in the room- nice location- it's a great little hotel right in the middle of springfield- we couldn't have asked for a better time- it was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful- they got us everything we needed-
