Baymont by Wyndham Springfield South Hwy 65

It was clean the breakfast was excellent the donuts actually taste like homemade. They were delicious!! Kid friendly! Pool open till 1030! Super easy to get to and from. 12 minutes away from the zoo and 10 minutes away from bass pro and the Wonders of Wildlife Aquariam and Museum! Great location and friendly staff! Oh and the beds were super comfortable!!10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone!!! Definitely will be coming back!!

Elevator is a bit old so shakes a little but all in all not too bad!

Bed was very comfortable and room very clean.

Some of the staff, especially at front desk, were stiff and unsmiling. Others were very friendly and helpful. In handicap room, there was very little room to navigate a wheelchair--hard to get into the bathroom. Breakfast was good, but got boring after several days.

That it was available on short notice at a discount. Breakfast was great! Scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy sausage,cereal fruit, muffins, toast, a wafflemaker, juice,milk, and coffee so i was very impressed.

The pool was out of service. The original service attendant was rude at check in. I told him I had the reservation and that my friend was paying for the room. He still tried to run my credit card. It declined because I only put it there to secure the room, and he just grabbed my friends card and ran it without a word.

Location was awesome! Bathroom was a little small And could use more outlets outside the bathroom Bed wasn’t super comfy but over all we were pleased with the hotel and will stay there again.

fThis is the best hotel that you can go to in Springfield. The rooms are exceptionally clean the pool and hot tub are the best of any hotels it's always clean everywhere there's always coffee ready for breakfast is amazing and I love the staff. It's my go getaway when I get away from my hometown. And thank God for this hotel cuz it's not in a bad part of town and the rest of them are. I absolutely love everything about this place 😁

Absolutely nothing.

Breakfast was pretty good. Sausage patties, scrambled eggs, toast, biscuits & gravy, waffles, apples, bananas, oatmeal, donuts, juice, & Coffee. Beds were okay. A little firm. Showerhead had multi settings. TV was easy to use. AC was cold. Darkening curtains were nice for the room. Everything was clean. Every employee was very nice. Steak & Shake is right outside for easy food to grab. Easy access to the highway

You can hear everyone and everything. THe room next to us was having a conversation at normal volume and we could hear them word for word.

It was a good value and what I expected

Weird passive/aggressive note in rooms listing the price for buying the towels, sheets, coffemaker etc, which I guess is letting people who steal these things know that they are bad boys. Also note on vending machine said USE ONLY EXACT CHANGE USE ONLY 1$ BILLS, MANAGEMENT NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU USE OTHER BILLS. Quick note you are responsible you are supposed to fix things that break you can choose not to accept the responsibility, which I duly noted.

They allowed for rapid check-in, the breakfast the next morning was exactly what I needed as well after exploring. The microwave and the fridge in the room were also good touches, along with the USB chargers in the bedside lamps

The room on arrival did smell like someone had smoked in it beforehand. That was really the only issue with the room

Staff very friendly. Room was pretty nice. Pool was excellent. Would stay again! And recommend to friends.

Few things needed fixed...bit all in all very nice place.

Staff that interacted with were very knowledgeable and helpful. My mother was ill and passed away, wished the location were a little closer to Cox hospital. Bed could have been more comfortable. Thank you and thank your staff. Sandra M.

Carpet. Just the color and pattern. Need more lighting outside the whole complex.
