Very clean. Staff was very friendly and attentive, especially Kyle. Pool was great. Atmosphere was very welcoming and enjoyable.

Bathroom door lock was broken. Breakfast not too good. The frozen omelets and bagel sandwiches were a little carboardy. My grandchildren said the juice was a little watery.

The breakfast was great! The pool was located right next to workout, so I could workout while my husband was in the pool with kids- but I could see them! Kids loved the pool. We all loved the beds and room! It was clean, neat, and we could relax!

We came for a short stay and during that stay our daughter in law died...due to the management they accommodated us through the entire bereavement. They didn't have us to change rooms....or do anything except try to exist through this process...when we asked to have entire room cleaned....there was a note left from house keeping....little things A LOT!!

The only thing that upset us was being out late....being unable to find a parking space...2 cars with uhauls....2 semitrucks....parked sideways in spots.....about 32 spots we're taken up....we found a space finally!!!

Family friendliness, cleanliness, nice size rooms, breakfast was good, we would definitely stay here again.

it was very clean and neat. very welcoming. it was a very nice room with wonderful amenities. The staff was very nice. My previous stay here was absolutely wonderful.

There were noisy guests/children late into the night and extremely early in the morning. A lot of thumping/banging, running, slamming doors, and yelling/screaming from the children. (not staff’s fault though) The bed wasn’t as comfortable as the one I slept in during my last stay here. I didn’t get much sleep to be honest. And please get different coffee.. it really was awful.

The staff at this location was great. They were very welcoming and very helpful. I was late for breakfast my first day by a few minutes and they went out of their way to make sure I still got a breakfast that I enjoyed. My door/key quit working twice in the same day and they promptly fixed it both times. The staff working during my stay were the best part of my experience.

It was a little difficult to find because mapping directions were clear but it was on an unmarked road, behind other hotels and the sign for the hotel at the turn for the road was very small and hard to see.

The stay over all was very good. Clean and all the amenities a traveler should expect. There were a few groups of high school athletic teams there. But no disturbances were experienced. If something got out of hand, we weren't aware. A tribute to the school sponsors and/or the hotel management. No issues at all.

Perhaps it's a sign of the current economic times, but the cleaning staff failed to replace our used towels and wash clothes after our first night. But an easy call to the front desk had us fully stocked within a couple quick minutes. Not a big issue, next time we'll be sure to let the cleaning crew know in the morning. We could tell they worked hard at keeping the rooms and facility spic n span.

Everything was nice clean comfortable staff was excellent would 100% stay there again. Best place I've stayed in springfield.

The lack of supervision at the pool. There was a youth sports team traveling and while the parents were on the patio drinking kids were left unattended in the pool with the door to the outside propped open which is not secure anyone could have walked into the pool. THIS IS NOT BASHING THE STAFF. Just an observation.

The general atmosphere and the various services offered (gym, pool and convenience store). The service was professional and friendly (the employees at the reception and the cook). The fact that the room service could be adapted to our needs.

The only downside was that our room was next to the elevator. Thus, there was some noises when you were close to the door and in the kitchen area, but even then, it was really calm and quiet.

Very Clean. I usually go somewhere else for coffee in the morning....but they have GREAT coffee!!
