Red Roof Inn Springfield, MO

very nice and bed was very comfortable. the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was having trouble getting the luggage cart in the door and they came and helped me. get my luggage into the room. I was having trouble walking ad I was overheated because of the weather. c This was the second time I have stayed there. Will definitely stay there again.

Really nothing that I can think. Better than some I have stayed in.

It was a comfortable place to stay with everything I needed. Second time I stayed there. I liked my room better the first time

I have a lot of stuff to take out of and put in my vehicle. I hated having to block the area behind the motel to load up. Since I knew where I wanted to put everything, I was able to get out of peoples' way sooner than later. It was raining when I left so I really needed the back door to load my vehicle. Thanks to the motel and guests for putting up with me. I don't get any help, and I had a cold that weekend so low energy level.

A nice older Red Roof Inn conveniently located close to the Interstate and restaurants close by. No car traffic noise. Rooms and bed clean, hot shower with good water pressure. The building is just showing age. It's a good deal for most folks and nice crew.

I had trouble with the AC, but it was cool enough not to need it. I never mentioned it to the staff, and they might have it shut down considering the time of year it is.

I was impressed with the faculties & staff. it’s well maintained & managed.

The bed in the handicap room is worn & sags. I suspect that guests have used the bed as a make shift sofa while watching tv. The breakfast was poor as well. Everything is sweet- sugary muffins & honey buns, bananas & oj. Just not a good way to start the day. Why not simplify by using bagels instead of the sugary pastries.

The staff here are superb! We spent an overnight on a longer trip. The next day we were in Illinois and received a call from staff that they had found something we had left behind accidentally in the room. They held it for us until we were able to return to get it. So many hotels if you leave something it disappears, but here they took the time to call and check with us. Really appreciate them! They are looking after their customers.

Good location for our purpose.

No breakfast.Some coffee, store-bought mini muffins and bananas. That’s it. I understand there’s a Waffle House next door but the advertised breakfast does not live up to any expectations. Also, very stingy with extra towels.

the room was comfortable along with the bed :) the staff is great ! and they leave the side doors locked at all times , if you don't have a room key you can't get in and for me that is a very safe practice they have :)

the continental breakfast. they do offer muffins and Danish that are of course pre wrapped and bananas. I know those things are offered because of Covid, but maybe they could do a little more. like maybe little milks and little boxes of cereal or something. the muffins just are not that good. :(

Staff was very friendly and accomodating , especially on short notice. We had just cancelled another room for no hot water or wifi. Took our last minute reservation and gave us the last room there. Everyone down to housekeeping was very friendly and helpful.

The staff are very friendly and willing to help! In the morning they allowed me to stay a bit longer than the check-out time. The bed is comfy and overall the room was clean. The lights are good and the place is quiet.

Shower is a bit low so you need to bend your needs while using it. Also I couldn't find the elevator!

The room was clean and updated. And the rate was great for this property. It's the nicest Red Roof Inn I've ever visited.

The office center computer did not work very well. I was trying to print some files off of a thumb drive but the computer wouldn't recognize it.
