Motel 6-Springfield, MO - North

The staff is amazing 😍 Brandon went out of his way to make sure we were accommodated!! We always stay here when we come to Springfield. The ladies at front desk have been the ones to check us in multiple times and they always make us feel welcome. This is the first time I meant Brandon and he took my phone call and then made sure to personally clean our room while they were short staffed and busy. Ty so much Motel 6 north❤️

The only draw back for us personally is the smoking, but not a complaint our room was completely smoke free!! ♥️ It was another guest who was smoking next to us I believe.

Courtney made checking in a great pleasure!! Courtney is one of the most amazing polite gentleman I have ever met! I saw a situation where there was an angry person because their room was not ready, he responded to the situation in an upmost professional manner. Hope you know what a treasure he is to motel 6!

The heater was not working properly. But we took our own blankets. We don't like to be a bother. It is definitely not the Hilton but clean, quiet and comfortable. We will definitely be staying there again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The day I arrived I got there early and was worried I wouldn't be able to check in yet. Everyone else had to wait. But when I explained what happened with my living situation and said I would be waiting in the hot vehicle due to nowhere else to go, the guy at the desk did his best to help me and was able to check me in right then because luckily there was 1 room that was ready. And when I overslept the day I had originally planned to check out, the lady who came to the door was nice about it and gave me the option to pay for another night even though there was a reservation made for that room. It wasn't the nicest place but the staff cares and watched out for me and made me feel safe and comfortable. I didn't want to leave but couldn't afford to stay longer. In the future, I will definitely stay again. Thank you to everyone who helped me during one of the worst times in my life. And also not making me wait until the actual check in time. I appreciate it more than I can say. I was an emotional wreck when I arrived and tired and scared. You guys helped me when you didn't have to. Little things like that mean so much when it feels like your life is falling apart. Because it reminded me that people do care. Thank you

Water all over the floor the day I arrived. Like the water was just poured on the floor and not mopped up. It took until the next morning to dry completely.

Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. Was very satisfied with the room. It very quiet for the most part.

The foot of the bed was sunk in pillow flat and small . Took them forever to get the room clean there was no ashtray

The room was very clean and welcoming. The king size bed was comfortable and the sheets very white and very clean, no odours. The towels were like new and soft. All the amenities in the room was the price I paid for and even better. The housekeeping person, Jodi did an excellent job in cleaning and keeping the room spptless. Even when the website mentioned no food provided, at breakfast hot coffee and tea were provided. Pets were welcomed and even bagss were provided for their business. The laundry facilities with ice machine and snacks vending machine was very clean too. Would recommend this place as the best place to stay overnight.

The water pressure was low and not hot enough. Bathtub needs a non slip mat.

I enjoyed my stay at this motel 6 . It was clean no bugs. The staff were friendly and honest. They recently put up a new fence that provides extra security on top of there dedicated night security. I have felt safe here. I deeply appreciate the dedication Motel 6 provides to the needs of a traveler with pets. No carpet gives every new guest a clean room that smells good.

There was some problems with the T.V. service due to extreme weather. The property manager took care of the problem ASAP.

Location was good. I didn't know anything about breakfast.

I asked for a receipt and was told one would be sent y my email. I did not receive it. I need it for taxes.okay.

The room was clean and very spacious. Parking was right outside our door. They actually had a full legit handicapped room.

Area was a little sketchy but securiry was good. Parking lot needs some work.

The staff was nice

That a charger we left in the room was supposedly never found. And it was an expensive cord. Called twice and never heard back. Know for a fact we left it in the room.

Friendly and safe the rooms was clean the king bed was comfortable I highly recommend motel 6 and when I went back to order another night they was friendly and helped me through the process of getting another night thank you I'll be back if I need another room

There was nothing I didn't like it served my purpose 100%
