Overall a fantastic experience! The staff is wonderful! The rooms are nice! The restaurant is very nice. We enjoyed the indoor pool! My daughter especially liked that when the cleaning staff made our beds they arranged all of her stuffed animals "very cutely" on the bed! We would definitely repeat!

Had a little trouble with the keycards. Had to have them reset a couple times. Only a minor inconvenience. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Our bathroom in room 598 did not have an exhaust fan. There are plenty of electrical outlets/usb ports between the beds but none on the outsides.

The indoor pool/splash pad & tropical plant atrium are why I chose this hotel. All the flowers outside & inside were very nice. Ice bar was a nice touch. Plenty of towels & waterfalls. The outdoor pool is nice, too. Had lunch at fire&ice and it was lovely. The housekeeping staff was wonderful - Kim and Jessica shout-out! Nice gym

The little store by the lobby didn't have much. I kept getting lost. Maybe signs on the floor? Need more cable TV channels.

The breakfast was offered as grab-n-go. There was sausage biscuit, fruit, fruit bar yogurt and baked goods. Coffee in the rooms as well as in the breakfast area where milk and juice was available as well. Make early reservations to dine at the Fire and Ice restaurant. All encounters with the staff was friendly and inviting. There was an indoor pool. Covid protocols in place. The property sits off the highway so it is pleasant, quite and blocks view of the busy road.

The beds seemed fine but woke up with a stiff back. Other than that the stay was pretty good.

The beds were phenomenal! The staff was always smiling and very helpful. It was a very neat place! I would definitely stay here again.

wish the indoor pool would have been open, but it’s under construction so it’s understandable. The only negative thing is the neighborhood once you get outside of the parking lot. The buildings are all nice and new but there were “sketchy” people when my husband went for a run in the morning BUT they do have a fitness center.

Room set up and comfort was great! Pools are beautiful and spacious as well as the pool furniture, very comfortable!Decor of hotel is nice overall. PRICE WAS GREAT! We will definitely be staying again in the future, it's a no brainer.

How many doors to go through to get to room. Staff could have informed of a couple of short cuts available. We figured out last night we were there. Staff should have told us coffee bar and restaurant was closed due to renovation. I even commented at check in that I was excited about the cabana coffee bar and no one mentioned it was temporarily closed. More Vanilla coffee creamer for complementary coffee would have been great.

The building is upscale and gorgeous. The layout of the rooms and facilities were so smart and easy to navigate. Our room was so spacious and CLEAN. The secure outdoor space was private and so nice. Highlight of the room, that SHOWER!

The line to check into the hotel was about 30 minutes. Poor girl behind the counter was stressed and crying. I imagine the hotel was under staffed that evening. It was no big deal to us, but the other people in line were losing their patience.

It was alright as far as grab and go went.

I am pretty sure I left a pair of prescription glasses in my room. We checked out Sunday morning and when I go home about 5 hours later I realized I didn't have them. I always have two pair with me. I called the hotel Sunday evening and told them about it. She said the house keeper already left for the day and they would get back with me. I haven't heard anything. I called and left 2 messages today and still no word. They are kind of rare glasses that I would very much like to get back if in fact they were found.

The rooms were very pretty. The pool area was amazing, we could have spent our entire trip in there. The pre text check in and text to check out made that process super easy.

They were doing construction so we couldn't get to our room from the lobby by inside. We had to go outside and around. We had a nonsmoking room but had a strong pot smell coming from two doors down.

loved that it was clean and everyone was friendly.

on Booking.com it states that breakfast is included but when you check in at the hotel they said that they don’t offer that anymore so it was a little frustrating to have to shell out extra money on breakfast when we didn’t budget for that

The price was excellent!! The location was good but trying to get into the hotel was difficult. It's a little outdated but you can see they're trying to fix it up.

The pillows and mattress were terrible!! I highly recommend bringing your pillows if ya can. I never saw any vending machines, so I would definitely grab snacks and drinks prior to checking in.
