DoubleTree by Hilton Springfield

I enjoyed having a restaurant onsite for both breakfast and dinner. Excellent service in both restaurants and delicious food. Rooms were very clean and people were friendly.

I hated the fact that This facility dwells so heavily on mask wearing and calling people out who don’t have one on. Also that you can’t sit at the bar in the restaurant to eat a meal. You can tell the area is very Liberal and that alone would keep me from staying there again.

The room was comfortable and clean. The shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. We ate inside that hotel and the food was great! We played around in the pool for a bit and had a really fun time there.

I wish there was a hot tub. Also, I could have used a microwave in the room, but they did send up a small fridge when we requested one. -)

This has been our second trip and stay in Springfield at this location. We booked a second time because we enjoyed our first stay so well. Rooms and accommodations were perfect. Staff were more than pleasant and quick to assist. We even ordered breakfast room service each morning because we were so please with the quality of the food at the price for service. The Doubletree will continue to be our destination location for Springfield.

Friendly helpful staff, adjoining restaurant was good, nice workout facility.

Renovation work I believe in the room above us started around 8:30 which was a disturbance until we left our room about 10:30.

property was in a great location. staff was great. restaurant and bar staff was awesome.

the safe was not mounted to the wall in the closet. told the front desk and they had not problem fixing it.

Property was well kept and a beautiful place! The staff was super friendly and took great care of us! Would most definitely stay again!

The only and I mean minor thing was the pillow. This is not a huge deal just giving my feedback. Would of liked a little thicker pillow. Otherwise I couldn’t of asked for a better stay!

Ask for cleanup after 3 days, did not leave fresh toiletries or change sheets Room seemed a little dated Not nearly enough electrical plugins for business people WIFI was sub par

The room was clean and comfortable, food and service from houlahans was perfect every time, and the breakfast at gracies was the best way to start my days. I can’t wait to come back next week.
