SpringHill Suites by Marriott Springfield North

The property is beautiful. A lot of thought went into the design and amenities. Breakfast was excellent and the employees were lovely.

I would have liked more counter space in the bathroom but it wasn’t a big deal. There was a faint musty smell, I think from the bed somewhere, but not overpowering

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff was very friendly and I really liked the location being so close to everything.

The breakfast was a dissapointment. There were no eggs offered on our second day there. It was probably the worst continental breakfast that I have had at a hotel that I can remember.

The hotel and rooms are beautiful, modern, clean with comfortable beds. We will stay here again.

The breakfast could include a few more hot options and the showers are a bit small. The pool is tiny.

Fancy, clean, aesthetic and close to restaurants, gas and interstate(but no noise from traffic). My kids and I were very impressed with the room and the hotel. It was very clean and staff(lots of staff too)was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely book again.

The bathroom, although stunning and beautiful, was narrow and long. The shower is at one end and toilet at the other, the most room to change clothing was by the toilet. The shower was see-through glass, so not great for families that need to use both the shower and emergency toilet for kids! The bathroom door panel is glass(not see-thru)that lets light thru to the room, so bathroom light during the night shines on sleeping kids/parents.

The breakfast was amazing. Some of the best hotel food I’ve had in a long time. The room was perfect for our family! Large and very clean. Quiet. They even provided a pack and play for our little one!

The whole property is beautifully cared for and my room was quiet, even being next to the highway. The room decor is modern, and the closet, refreshment, and desk areas are thoughtfully appointed. It is so comfortable for the price, and I will book this hotel again when I go to Springfield for my next class!

I don’t like the bagged egg breakfast options, but I’m not disappointed, because I know I’m not staying there for the breakfast. I love that I can have hot oatmeal loaded with good nuts and dried fruits and have a great start to my day!

The hotel and rooms were clean and beautiful. My kids felt very at home and lived the room. With definitely be coming back for our next mini vacation.

The only problem we had was the door handle to the bathroom was broke. We called the first night and had somebody come "fix" it. He did not. But in the morning we called to the office and the nice older gentleman came and fixed it all up.

The tables in the breakfast area should be wiped down after a guest has breakfast. Every day had to look for a clean table. The hot breakfast food really wasn’t hot and was sometimes just plain cold.
