Best Western Plus Flathead Lake Inn and Suites

The friendliness of the staff was the first impression, a good start. We were able to check in when we arrived an hour and a half early. The room was clean and comfortable, and most importantly, quiet. The breakfast was amazing, with so much selection of both hot and cold food and every beverage one could want. Although we didn’t have time to use it this trip, having a work out room, pool and hot tub available 24 hours was a big plus, one that I will return to take advantage of on my next trip to the area. Overall, excellent stay!

The price of one night’s stay was a bit steep, for a senior who lives on a fixed income.

Gorgeous view of Flathead Lake. Plentiful (and tasty) breakfast. Spacious room. Excellent bedding. Comfortable bed(s). Good TV. 24 pool and hot tub. Good parking. Sunlamp in bathroom. Though it's 45 minutes from Glacier, it was worth the drive each morning.

The bathroom was very small. Though I requested daily housekeeping, they missed Day 1. The breakfast hours did not start early enough, especially for people getting up to hike and explore. (Should start at 4:30 or 5:00 AM.) Light over sink was not bright enough; similarly, the lights near the full length mirror was dim. It was difficult to put on makeup. Also, I had to stand on my tiptoes to use the sink as the counter was exceptionally high. (I'm 5'2" which is not that short.)

The front desk staff was amazing!! Anything we they could do to help us was done no question. Even had bear spray cans left from previous guests that they let us borrow so we didn't have to go and buy. Thankfully we gave it back for them to share with the next guests. Every day there were complimentary chocolate cookies that were delicious!! Very clean and well run!

The air conditioning was great. I slept very well. There are no amenity fees. Some hotels have ac which is subpar and charge inappropriate surprise fees in addition to the listed rates. Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains.

I would have liked a firmer mattress. It would be nice if breakfast lasted a little later.

Easy accessible location. No amenities nearby, just a gas station. Old rooms. They don’t have a restaurant, only buffet breakfast. The good thing is that the pool/ hot tub is 24 hr accessible

Dated interiors. Not the best trained front desk staff.

Friendly staff, comfy beds, loved the free coffee bar. The only down side was the location of the hotel so far away from stores. The other downside was mo on-site restaurant and for delivery of food delivery wouldn’t accept Canadian credit card online. Had to drive to get food.

Nice building and location. Nice staff. Great amenities.

Made a special request for a balcony before showing up. Got an email confirming for no additional price. Brought it up at checkin "that's extra money" didn't have courage to say or show the email I got saying otherwise. Not well sound proofed rooms. Loud kids outside woke us up at 7am running up the hall.

The room was beautiful, the bed was so comfortable, I, at first, thought it was so odd that the breakfast area was on the 2nd floor, but oh, what a view to start my day!

The noisy happy drinkers in the middle of the night... But not much you could go about that...

Location was too far. Hotel needs to get a level 2 EV charger

Location was great, beautiful view from the good breakfast area. Nice selection of food. The workout gym was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable! Overall, great for the night.

Not a lot of food options immediately close by but there is a decent gas station right next door with food and snacks.
