A unique alternative to a motel/hotel. I stayed in a teepee. It was a chilly damp evening, but it was cozy in the twin bed. Staff was great. Was nice to have a breakfast service included. Do keep in mind that this is a working ranch. That's either a plus or minus depending on what you are interested in. All in all I had a great time there. It's close enough to glacier national Park that you can do the loop through the park and take the long way back to the lodge.

Though I liked the homestead engineering through the property, I could see how some might want a few more creature comforts. But as someone who spends two months of the year in a tent, it was fine for me.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The tepee was as expected from the pictures. We didn't have enough sticks to close the tepee properly but other than that the beds were comfortable. We were able to obtain a tent for the next night. The bed was comfortable and since it rained our area was nice and dry. If we had stayed in the tepee, we most likely would have gotten some rain inside.

The bathroom/shower were a distance.

Tipi was exactly as stated, clean, comfortable, check in easy,

Shower and toilet far walk. But was clean with hot water, they did provide a porta potty closer, tipi was very hot until sun went down, after check in no contact with owners, breakfast was at 8 am, by that time most folks gone, we were not “ part of the ranch “ just tipis off to the side,

We stayed in one of the wall tents and the beds were very comfortable. It was immaculate when we arrived. The breakfast here is homemade and is absolutely amazing. It can get a bit cold at night depending on the time of year you stay so think about possibly bringing some extra blankets or a sleeping bag if your staying in early spring or fall. If your staying in a wall tent or tepee your going to be using a community shower so bring some flip flops or other appropriate footwear. Loved this place and we will definitely be back.

They provided a propane heater, which took the chill off the teepee. They also provided lots of blankets which made for a comfortable night's sleep despite the cold.. We also carried the little heater to the unheated shower house in the mornings. Breakfast is served late, so no early morning coffee, but dining room is clean and really cute. Food good, too. There are wild turkeys, a couple of Buffalo, and horses on the property, all adding to the experience. Sadly, they don't rent pigs.

Long way from toilet in the middle of a cold night. Quite a hike to the shower house.

Loved the property! Horses and bison, wild turkey and we had four deer eating close to our tent. The bath house was short couple minutes walk from the tents/tee pee’s. Two stalls in the women’s bathroom. A separate shower with shower curtain for privacy. Mirror and hair dryer. Towels were supplied. Very comfortable beds in the tent with extra blankets if needed. We were able to drive our vehicle right up to the tent to load/unload and park about 20 feet away after unloading. Nice little porch area in front of the tent with two chairs. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The location was beautiful and we stayed in a Tepee. The beds were comfortable and there were enough blankets on the bed for when it cooled off. The bathroom / shower house was clean and functional. Breakfast was great and the staff were awesome. Thanks for making it a memorable stay.

We had the best sleep imaginable, and the cookhouse, staff, and breakfast were great! Would stay there again. (We are in our 60’s and needed lodging for a funeral—after much searching we felt lucky just to find beds. We never expected to get better sleep than we’ve ever had in a motel. Awesome!)

First impression driving in looks pretty rundown so expectations were low. As it turned out, we thoroughly enjoyed our tipi stay, and left happy and refreshed! Could use an outhouse, at the least, near the tents/tipis.

Great location, close to town but feels remote. Wonderful staff!

We stayed in a teepee which was difficult to close and there were no screens so the wasps were free to fly in and out, which they did. Otherwise comfortable, charming and relatively inexpensive, but I'd choose an option with screens next time.

The staff were welcoming, friendly, authentic. Location was beautiful. A family-run establishment. Wall tent was surprisingly comfortable. Great breakfast. Bring some time, slow down and enjoy the place on its own terms.

Facilities are a bit dated. We stayed in 2 different cabins and wall tent. Mattress in first cabin was not comfortable but others were fine. Bathhouse is too small if facility is full.
