Broadway Inn Conference Center

Clean property with convenient parking to access rooms. Beds were comfortable and shower had good water pressure. Staff was friendly and responsive to requests. Price was reasonable for services provided. Coin operated washer and dryer were available (but we didn't use them). "Breakfast provided" was a carry over from COVID, I think, being a ziplock with yogurt, fruit, a cereal bar, orange juice and string cheese. They did have fresh coffee and decaf, which I appreciated and there was a coffee machine in the room, as well.

The property is a bit tired. Pets were allowed and when we first arrived there were several pet leavings on the sidewalk just outside the back entry door. The sidewalk was cleaned by the next morning, but it was a bit off -putting of a welcome. I fault the guests who didn't pick up after their pets, though, not the facility itself. Perhaps providing disposal bags would help address the problem. The hall lighting was a dim and a little dreary, more I think because the property is an older facility.

The Inn exceeded our expectations and we believe the 2 or 3 people we told about the Broadway will now use them for their stays in Misdoula vs their previous hotel/motel!

I left my small suitcase outside my arm #141 and it was picked up by Housekeeping. Wished they would have knocked on our door! We were not able to find out that it was in lost and found until we returned to Billings and it took quite an ordeal to get it into our hands. Michael and Quinn were very helpful through the process. It appears that my bag had been gone through and there were several things missing! ☹️

Nice place to crash for the night. Pool was nice, hot tub was great and bar was even better. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Kinda busy and loud through the night but nothing crazy, breakfast wasn’t great but wasn’t awful either.

The location was very good, the beds were comfortable. staff were pleasant

pool not open, apparently because the pool maintenance people put in way too much chlorine. That’s what I was told. I picked this hotel because it had a nice pool, so I didn’t appreciate that.

Always love this location. The people are always friendly and helpful. Room is clean and comfortable.

They could start doing breakfast again. The bags that they are passing out in the mornings are just marginal.

Everything was great with location and the room.

I wish the breakfast had better health choices. All the breakfast items was all carbs and sugar which I have a hard time with. The bed was not flat and prefer a more solid mattress that doesn’t shake when I turn over.

Both entrances of the parking lot had severe dips and I needed to use extreme caution or my car would scrape.

Very nice breakfast to go in a handy ziplock bag was given. Due to the Covid situation, this seemed to be a clever and considerate solution. The breakfast included: muffin, juice, cheese stick, yogurt, cereal bar... It was GREAT!

We had stayed here last year and remembered the mattress was very comfortable, even for a side sleeper, and even the pillows support the neck and head, unlike those in most hotels. Room was very clean, the breakfast was a “bag” breakfast due to Missoula lock down orders, but it was much better than all other hotels with the same circumstances I have stayed in this year, there was milk, juice, yogurt. Bonus.... we had a pizza from the restaurant and it was really good, as good as any pizza place I have eaten in Missoula!
