Location, price, excellent included breakfast, best we had in 12 day trip. The arrangement with the Hoagieville restaurant next door was brilliant! Their staff was to be commended for quality of food and kind service

Parking at times challenging as it’s next to McDonalds drive through line, you can get blocked in during busy times. Room appeared clean but when socks and shoes removed for bed the floor was “Sandy” and the same sand was on the seat of the rolling chair???

We stayed here for 1 night whilst on our holiday in the USA from Australia. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was quite spacious. The motel shares a carpark with McDonalds that gets quite busy, but the check in clerk informed us that we should park on the other side of the motel to avoid this, so we did. There was a good selection of breakfast options available. Overall a good overnight stay here at Days Inn Missoula.

Cleaners could pay a bit more attention to detail as we found a couple of things from a previous guest. Soft drink in the fridge and some socks on the floor. Otherwise fine. The property is close to a train line so the horn woke us up couple of times. The room did not have a microwave but the communal dining area had one we were able to use. The WIFI hopped off every time my phone locked so I had to keep re connecting if I went out anywhere and came back. A little annoying but easily solved.

I had accidentally left a jacket in my room. I was contacted by Day’s Inn staff who offered to mail the jacket to my home. I have left items at other hotels in the past and was never able to retrieve them so I was grateful for the honesty of housekeeping and the extra effort by the office staff yesterday who reached out to me.

Only a minor thing - I would have appreciated non-flavored creamer for my coffee.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. When I needed to extend my stay for another day, they did so professionally and happily. The location perfectly suited my needs. It is a bit farther out of the main district, but I am a hiker, and had no trouble walking to any of the places in the city tha I wanted to explore.

This is an old motor inn that has been given boutique-ish facelift. Furnishings are old, as are the rugs, which certainly challenges the staff who maintain the rooms. You can only clean upholstery and carpets just so must..... they’ve reached that point. And the toilet in my room needed to be updated so that it doesn’t use as much water. Still, for the price, I was Very Happy with what they offered.

Our rooms were close enough to each other that enabled us to coordinate our activities during the day. The air-conditioning worked beautifully on the hottest days of the year. The beds were comfortable enough. The rooms were located near one of the side exit doors which made it convenient to get to and from our cars. I left my iPad in the room and was able to get my son to retrieve it the next day.

The bed covers had some suspicious stains on them. The train would blow its horn in the early morning around 1 or 2am...it would wake us up every single time.

Room was good, bed was good, mostly great, couldnt hear the people next door, except when they slammed the door, our door was loose so it would kinda slam too.

The shower water was luke warm so it was not relaxing to take a shower. That was disappointing. We booked a 3 night stay and each day we went to reenter the outside door, someone had to come let us in because our key card didnt work. The first day, our key card didnt work to initially enter the room, they had to bring another one, then each day to get back in the outside door and the room, we had to get another key. That was really ridiculous.

The staff were kind and helpful when asked. The room and bath were clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was a convenient location to visit our friends.

Very noisy for an hour when the bars closed. Better for a young crowd not old folks who want to sleep. Refrigerator very small, no freezer, didn't keep food cold. No ventilation fan in bathroom. Housekeeper coughed and sniffled and wasn't wearing a mask. No free breakfast for over a year, yet site still advertises free breakfast.

the studio was comfortable and the breakfast was terrific!

To come check room after first time I couldn’t get in, not on fourth time. Also, if I’m standing outside and left voice message, I waited fir callback just to get checked in at 1139pm. Would’ve like to have a person in lobby. No breakfast. Wasn’t told on phone or booking.Took 4 different trips to get into room. Found out door pad/ lock. The. Got moved to another room... had to wait 1/2 hr after calling to get checked in with no 1 on 1 all over phone sitting outside...

Ease of booking and checking in process. They also accommodated our special needs.

THE TRAIN!!! IT BLOWS ITS HORN and is very close to hotel. The toilet is refilling constantly. Hard to ignore. Beds are lumpy and quite firm. Shoulders are sore this am. No restaurants open in area and had to drive 10 minutes to find food. No refrigerator, no microwave. One luggage rack for 4 people.
