La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Missoula

This hotel is in a very convenient location, it is mostly clean and fairly affordable. The room we were in was awesome it was very large with a jacuzzi tub. Also the staff is very nice.

The room was pretty dusty everywhere and the jacuzzi tub wasn't clean enough. I cleaned it before I used it and a lot of the grime and marks came off. The bathroom floor was dirty also, I didn't want to walk on it without shoes. I found a lot of pet hair in the room too on window sills and in the tub.

The motel was very clean and perfect location! the Sunday night front desk clerk was gracious enough to let us stay in the pool 10 minutes longer, which we appreciated after a long day of hospital visits!

When my 5 year old gets upset because of staff not responding to her telling them good morning, that bothers me. They looked right at us after we all said good morning and kept walking. In the breakfast area an older gentleman asked staff a question, but they couldn’t be bothered to answer him. They were more interested in talking about their Saturday night shenanigans.

The rooms were clean and comfortable (aside from what looked like a previous child had picked/wiped their nose on a lower section of one of the room walls). Staff was very friendly and helpful. The creek view was extremely pleasant as was falling asleep to the sound of the creek. The breakfast was very nice with a multitude of options.

I had changed one of the rooms via Booking.com from a dbl queen to a single king but the hotel stated they had not been notified. It would have been nice to have a tea option with the in room coffee machine but the front desk clerk kindly got me some chamomile tea when I inquired about it. There wasn’t much of any water pressure in the shower.

The hotel is nice and clean, the facility seems very new, beds were comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. The staff was courteous and very helpful.

A couple of things: getting a luggage cart into and out of the hotel is a little problematic. There are several steps to the front entry from the parking lot, although there is also a ramp, its placement is very circuitous. There is also a large post right in front of the elevator. Secondly, their TV provider may have been having trouble, but each channel we tried to watch would cut out with "No Signal" floating around the screen. Some channels were completely out, others kept cutting out with no signal. Very annoying when watching something interesting!

Room had a small kitchenette island in the middle of the room. Had a small room separating effect to keep the beds slightly private. Hotel was very close to a couple restaurants and a gas station which made it a super convenient stay. Probably one of the best hotel properties I’ve stayed at (in terms of what you get as a customer, not in the sense of how nice the building is).

Nowhere to fill water bottles. Staff wasn’t unfriendly, but they could have been a bit more welcoming.

Breakfast was plentiful and had lots of variety. Breakfast staff worked hard to keep everything clean and well-supplied. Location was convenient. Staff was very courteous. During low-volume times, men were kneeling on the floor, using small brushes to clean the tile grout in the lobby. They obviously value the appearance of their property.

Price of the rooms increased by $100 per night shortly after our stay.

We stayed in a disability access room. The bathroom was nice and big and perfect for those in wheelchairs. The bed was nice and comfortable.

I was surprised that this disability access room was on the 3rd floor and so far away from the elevator (farthest room from the elevator). Also the bathroom didn't have any hooks to hold towels or other things. Breakfast was good, but didn't have as many options as other La Quinta's we have stayed in.

everything was very comfortable; air conditioning was on when we got in, so we didn't have to wait for the room to cool off; good variety at breakfast; morning staff was very friendly

gentleman at the front desk when we checked in was friendly, but not overly so; it felt a little like we had interrupted him

My only complaint was the handicap room was so far from the elevator, for a walking debilitated person . I had a hard time getting to the room pain wise. I did not expect that would have been an issue being a handicap room . Not everyone has a wheelchair and this should have been accounted for in your room access planning. especially should there be an emergency.

The outside of the facility was very tastefully done. The registration area was clean and the staff was prompt and very courteous. I will say that the bed ended up being one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. It was nice not waking up with back pain. The room smelled very clean when we came in and the air conditioning works very well. The view of the creek below our window was a nice surprise.

The only real negative we could think of was the noise from the highway but that can’t very well be helped.
