My Place Hotel-Missoula, MT

The front desk person was friendly and informative, all the staff that we dealt with was very friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable.

There was nothing that I didn't like. Everything was good from the room to the staff.

My room was very clean and surprisingly quiet, considering the hotel is right off the highway. I’m a light sleeper and road noise was not an issue. The recliner in the room was so comfortable and the bed was fine - I tend to prefer super soft mattresses and know not to expect that at hotels. I only stayed one night but it’s nice to have a kitchen and the fridge has an ice maker. Front desk staff were friendly during check in. There’s not much within walking distance, but Cracker Barrel is right next door for an easy meal.

The bed comforter had a slightly sour smell in places, so I didn’t use it.

The staff was very accommodating as we needed to check in a couple hours early. They also upgraded our room at no cost and the room was absolutely spotless. The bed was so comfortable and was nice to have a kitchenware in the room.

There was a kitchenette in the room but there were no kitchen supplies whatsoever. None. If someone is traveling how and why would they have plates, pans and other kitchenware.

Everything was clean and new looking. There’s a full size fridge and freezer, toaster, hot plate, etc. I especially appreciated the tiny dish soap bottle, in addition to the regular hotel shampoo, etc.

The temperature in the room was set to 60F and freezing. The curtain doesn’t block out all the light, so the sun will wake you up. you definitely need to bring your own dishes and cooking utensils if you want to actually cook here, but there are some for sale in the shop by reception.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was well appointed with a kitchen and full size refrigerator. Air conditioning worked well. TV was fine with lots of channels. Restaurant next door. Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean except for bathroom fan vent. WiFi was good and there were ample AC and USB outlets. Overall a very nice room.

First, the bathroom fan vent was disgustingly dirty and it is right over the towel rack. I cleaned it myself, not fun. Second, there was a lack of supplies: No shampoo or lotion. No decaf coffee. Tissues and paper towels almost empty. No extra rolls of toilet paper. The office supplied us when requested except for the coffee and shampoo. Out. Finally, there is no maid service for a week. Okay, but we weren’t told that up front.

We were accommodated for a second night when my wife was not well.

The price- this was the most expensive hotel in our 2 week visit to USA. Should include breakfast. Also, the kitchen should be stocked with utensils, most of us don’t travel with cookware and dishes.

The location was reasonably convenient. The bed was comfortable, and the room was amply sized. The bathroom was quite large. The staff was friendly enough.

Overall, I felt that I paid a lot of what would have cost much less elsewhere--but Montana in general seems very over-priced. It would have been nice to have the room stocked with dishes (they were provided upon asking), but it seems silly that they aren't just in the room as a matter of course.

Well appointed clean room, comfortable beds, soft clean linens, soft towels, spacious and quiet room. No breakfast in morning not really an issue as restaurant right next door and given that most "free" breakfasts are not really appetizing or healthy, it wasn't an issue. Very easy access from major highways but little traffic noise in room.

Pleasantly surprised at how nice our room was. A perfect place if you needed to spend a few days with it's coffee pot, toaster, microwave, stove top and full sized refrigerator/freezer. Very comfortable and clean.

The room was clean and comfortable and despite being right next to the freeway, I did not hear any traffic noise.

I wasn’t aware that the kitchenette did not have any plates or silverware or disposable plates and silverware. But we were able to request some from the front desk
