Best Western Plus Grant Creek Inn

We were greeted by Lane who was expecting us late in the evening. Our suite was bright clean and welcoming. Lane checked in with us shortly after we arrived as we passed thru the lobby as to the quality of the room and grout satisfaction so far. I appreciate this as this is the 5th hotel we have been in in about two weeks and front desk staff barely look up much less ask if the room is satisfactory. Beds were warm and comfy. Bathroom was spacious and very modern. The shower has plenty of water! Breakfast was also diverse. The first thing I saw were sliced half grapefruit! Followed by Udies gluten free blueberry muffins! They also had a full array of biscuits and gravy. Breakfast burritos and fruit! Best breakfast in five states. Cannot say enough good things. ! I would stay here again!

Starbucks is next door. They are only open Thursday thur Sunday!

Breakfast was GREAT each day. Loved that they have added "specials" Blueberry cobbler, Breakfast burrito like casserole, Little tortillas for eggs and sausage, with option of cheese and Salsa! Also I love the Coffee they serve there in the lobby! Room was GREAT! very comfortable. I loved the option we had as we were there for 4 nights of not having people come in and make the bed and stuff. We asked for the couple of items we needed from the desk. I think the main thing I loved was the employees are EXCEPTIONALLY friendly and helpful. From the people at the front desk to the group who does the breakfast buffet each day and even the people cleaning rooms. As we passed in the hallway, they always greeted us and asked if there was anything we needed. We have stayed there many times as my family lives close to the location and we will return many times more!

We had stayed here a couple of times before when visiting Missoula and keep coming back for several reasons. First, the entire hotel has been well maintained and is kept really clean. Next, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The pillows were especially fluffy and the citrus scented shampoo was wonderful. Finally, the staff really were friendly; everyone from the front desk to the breakfast attendants to housekeeping. We will be back again!

The temperature of the hot tub could have been a little warmer. Also the price of the hotel was rather high. That isn’t specific just to the Best Western though; prices are high at all the hotels in the area.

The location is great for our stay in Missoula before driving up to the Glacier NP. The room was clean, conformable, and roomy. The breakfast was excellent. I will stay there again.

We arrived very late because our flight was canceled and then delayed. I did not pay attention when we first checked in that for some reasons they charged me $50 more than the rate I booked through Booking.com. Luckily I discovered after I put down the luggage and I had to provide documentation (my conformation email), who later refunded me the extra charge. However, I was not happy about this. Just to be careful if you chose to stay there so they don't over charge you.

The full hot breakfast made this stay a “good value.” The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. And the location, midway between the airport and downtown was really nice. The highway side (on I-90) is noisy with traffic noise; the quiet side is very quiet.

Having to ask for fresh towels and wash clothes and to have the trash emptied should have gone away by now. Covid is over and there appeared to be adequate staff to routinely replace towels and wash clothes, and empty the trash every day without having to ask.

Good location right off the freeway and only 5 miles from where our activities were going on. Nice pool and workout facilities. Loved the breakfast - great assortment of food

We were in room 344 and whoever was above us had very heavy feet or the insulation between the floors was little. Could hear them walking all over upstairs.

For the price that we paid for 2 nights it's the reason it has high ratings. I find that staying on a Saturday is more expensive than a week day, why is that? Breakfast was excellent and the staff there was awesome!

Out of your control but there were kids in the pool screaming the whole time and it echoes in there...if it wasn't for my daughter who enjoys swimming we wouldn't have stayed as long as we did.

Fire alarm went off in our room at 3:15 am because of a low battery. My husband called down to reception and she said she would have to call maintenance to bring a ladder to fix it. Her attitude was that we were inconveniencing her and maintenance. When maintenance arrived to fix, he left and about five minutes later it went off again, so we called again, he came back and there was something wrong with it as it would not reset itself. He had to remove it from the ceiling. We finally got to go back to sleep around 4:10 am. They apologized but didn’t even offer to put us in a different room or discount the room . We liked the hotel but good grief but your alarms on some routine maintenance.

It was nice and clean and new. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Missoula in general seemed super over priced, as this room was $350 a night and some of the hotels that were dumpy with very bad reviews were over $200 a night. Although the hotel was new and clean and comfortable, I didn't find the value worth a visit to Missoula.

Our room was super clean and modern. Breakfast had every choice you could imagine and more. Our dogs stayed for free in the pet friendly room. The staff was very friendly from the front desk, to the breakfast staff and random run ins with various staff. Kudos to this hotel for going above and beyond our expectations.

Everything was great during our stay.
