comfortable, but it could be cleaner. Garbage of previous occupants was still on the floor. The coffee and muffins were good.

Cleanliness

Had a good long stay. Room with double queen bed was spacious and comfortable. Staff was co-operative and room cleaning was done whenever called for. Morning tea/coffee was available with muffins. There were few eating places around which was an asset. Shopping mall was nearby. Overall a good experience.

Provision for breakfast can be done, WiFi connection was not good and can be improved. Got disconnected frequently. Better bathing soaps or shower gel can be provided.

My room was spacious, immaculately clean on the whole, had a whole lot of tv channels, comfortable bed, lots of desk and table space. The shower was better than most I've seen in more expensive places. Staff was quite friendly. Location was great

The room connected immediately to the parking lot which was fabulous for immediate access, but also meant that the entrance to the room was unattractive and a bit smelly. The room didn't really look like the photos in the ads

The property was in a really great location. The room itself was clean and smelled nice. The staff was amazing and took care of hunting down and personally delivering extra pillows. I was super impressed with how personable and friendly everyone was.

A bit nitpicky but the bathroom was missing a shower curtain.

The motel is convenient in the maze of Missoula. The room was fine, the shower was great.

I had some trouble sleeping; the bed was harder than most motel beds. (I don't expect Therapedic.) I had some trouble with the wifi this time. Desk clerk said she had other complaints, as well.

The beds were comfy. The lady that checked us in was really nice she had worked long hrs that day and was still pleasant. I don't remember her name but want to make sure she gets praised for working for your company she is the older lady that works there.

No microwave or fridge or coffee pot. The Tv needs to be up a little hire to watch when laying on the bed. Had to get our keys remade every day. There were a few bugs in the room especially in the window area found a few on the floor as well.

Location and friendliness of staff. Hotel needs updating but is very clean. It would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room but ice for our small cooler was readily avail. We had an issue with the tub not draining very well but they fixed it immediately. I would stay there again!

Hotel needs updating. Carpet on outside stairs was torn and a fall risk since I caught my shoe on it. Otherwise, decent place to stay

Best deal in Missoula. Some rooms are a bit more recently renovated than others, but it's a great old fashioned roadside motel, with super nice, caring staff. Definitely worth a reservation if you're going to visit Missoula

Great value for the money. Convenient to restaurants. Convenient to local attractions. easy access from the interstate. So, there was NOTHING that I didn't like

Easy location just on the edge of Missoula. Very friendly staff and good pricing, cheapest motel we could find with good rating. Free coffee and delicious muffins for breakfast. Good and clean beds, sheets, bathroom and towels.

It's a bit dated, room had a little smell (very old cigarette smoke?).
