Extended Stay America Suites - Reno - South Meadows

I had an issue with the room not being fully ready for me. In reporting it, I encountered an employee with attitude and zero empathy. But the rest of the staff came to the rescue and made me feel cared for and understood. They showed me what good customer service is about by making things right. I will definitely return.

The door to the room was propped open when I arrived. I thought that was weird. There was evidence of someone having been inside before me but after the daily cleaning. Please keep the doors shut and locked before customer checkin for visitors’ safety.

Pool would b a bonus.we live in nv about 1 1/2 hrs away. IT GETS HOT!!!pretty disappointed about the "complimentary breakfast".dry packaged muffins.granola bars.oatmeal packs.maybe a little fresher pastries...fruit?2nd morning ran out of coffee.super disappointing.

the pet friendly area was filthy and not maintained. I didn’t like the fact that I had to ask for many of the amenities that should have been supplied in my room such as dishwater, towels, etc. and that I had to bring it up each time I needed something

ESA is the only place where I can stay and leave my dog, who is very well behaved, in the hotel while we were out. I appreciate the affordable price and the Get and Go breakfast bar! Thank you!

The pot was OK, but the pan was scraped up, so I would buy new ones for replacement. Those Teflon coating pieces can be ingested and definitely not good for you! I ended up not using the pan.

Location was perfect as we needed to go to the convention center.. the room was very comfy, great view of snow covered mts.

Didn't realize it was on the airport path for departures, they started early in the am!! We needed to be awaken early so it was ok.

We did not try the breakfast bar as it appeared there was insufficient food. We did like the cleanliness of the place. Very important for guests. The housekeeping staff is to be commended.

Loved the breakfast. Love the location. It’s close to Winco so you can drive or Uber down the road and get the necessities if you need them 24hours a day.

The heater worked. Staff is friendly.

In the cabinets, I found the dishes dirty with old food in them, and there wasn't dish soap or a sponge to c lean them with. Had to order clean stuff

All in all it was a good value for the price. The AC wasn't working properly so my room got too warm for me to comfortably sleep. But it was very clean and the girl at the front desk was very nice. The breakfast was a joke but I didn't expect much anyways.

Close to home. I’m avoiding a domestic violence situation, so this was what I needed.
