Overall a great hotel to stay. Nice location and service.

No proper doors for bathrooms (designed that way). Very uncomfortable to use the bathroom/toilet when you stay with family (esp. kids)

Pet friendly, parking, comfortable bed, kitchenette

Uncomfortable sofa, low quality towels, location is isolated near shopping mall

great breakfast and nice updated rooms very cool friendly staff

The pool was very small, and kids don't not like the saltwater element, also there was no hot tub

cleanliness. free breakfast. huge fridge. kitchenwares dishwasher sink home like microwave it was AMAZING! thank you for the stay I can’t say enough of how happy we were in this hotel. we have been traveling several years now for our kids basketball tournaments and have been to soooo many hotels including M…. and it was a disaster. Home 2 Suites was so clean I fell asleep without putting my own bed sheets over the bed. which I never not put my own bed sheets on top of the bedding. thank you for the wonderful stay. please keep up the wonderful work. I appreciate you all more than I could say 🙏🏻

I didn’t receive my free water bottle that every other guest received 🥺 But was ok since the rest of the stay was remarkable

This hotel looks brand new--uber-modern. Very nice kitchen and bath in a huge room. Plenty of dishes and cookware. Nice that the air/heat works on a thermostat. The breakfast was good with lots of selections of packaged breakfast sandwiches. Coffee was available 24/7.

NOTE the kitchen only has a microwave, no other stove, so no cooktop, etc. The sofa was great, but a second chair for eating in the room would be nice. NOTE: this hotel is all showers--we knew that, but a tub would have made it a 10 :-). There was a long black hair on the bathroom floor that wasn't ours, everything else was immaculate.

The property was clean, the staff is kind, and they help when needed. Good coffee and breakfast too. Easy access to freeway and UNR.

There was some confusion between Booking.com and the property relative to billing. However, Alexa at the front desk went out of her way to solve the problem. She is awesome!

The room was large with a very comfortable bed. It also had a kitchenette and a sofa for some extra space, which would be nice for longer stays. Staff were very friendly.

It felt pretty expensive, given the location and amenities. I would expect this price for a place downtown or right next to the airport.

Great breakfast selection, including a variety of fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee, tea, cereal, muffins, breakfast sandwiches and other breakfast options, like to-go bags including water, fruit, muffin, yogurt, and granola. Our room was comfortable, and I liked that they had a kitchen stocked with all the amenities,-small fridge, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, silverware, glassware etc... I was unable to take advantage of the fire pit, pool and hot tub, but they looked very nice. The hotel is a short drive to the Reno-Tahoe airport.

No onsite restaurant or spa services.

Breakfast was ok. We have stayed in many Condos and hotels, this was the first one that had no sausage or bacon. The room size was excellent! Great location!

Unable to hook up to free Wi-Fi. The service personnel tried to help with no success. This was our first hotel/condo that had no wash rags, no dish sponge. Waiting time for new towels was longer than expected. Walls were thin, we could hear a lot of noise around us.

Breakfast was great, with a selection of breakfast sandwiches and juices, waffle maker, fruit, etc; nice attention to sterility and cleanliness, quickly replenished coffee, nice view over the parking lot to the mountains and an outdoor firebowl/fountain with seating. The pool was small but nice and clean and well attended to with a grill patio just outside. Check-in was smooth and efficient.
