Comfort Inn & Suites Airport Reno

Comfort Inn Reno Airport is unexpectedly quiet, convenient, and inexpensive. We appreciate a diverse free breakfast. This hotel is in the middle of a large block of retail, away from arterials and nestled against the back of retail areas, so there's very little noise even though it's in the middle of commercial, arterials, freeway, and airport. It's been our cheapest option the two times we've chosen hotels in Reno. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a pretty good variety of retail.

As with most of Reno, this hotel is quite car-dependent. You can find food and some retail on the same block but Reno's recreational opportunities are driving distances away.

I liked my room, it was a basic size room with no fancy gimmicks, just all i really needed. The bed was very comfortable to sleep at night, and the TV had all of my favorite channels. The complimentary breakfast was also very nice.

I didn't like my bathroom, the toilet would not fill up after the flush. Also, housekeeping only cleaned my room on my first day... i was staying for 6 nights and they only cleaned my room on the first morning of my visit.

Athena the breakfast area attendant really made us feel special and welcomed. She was very cheerful and eager to help the customers, and did a great job keeping the dining area clean and food well stocked. Everything else about our stay was just fairly normal, but we had never met a more friendly and enthusiastic hotel attendant like Athena! Hope to meet her again.

Decent breakfast, located near a small shopping mall with several restaurants, close to airport. Room was very spacious - lots of room to do yoga, sort through luggage etc.

I booked my room at the last minute as a large event (Burning Man) was letting out - it was basically the last room left in Reno, and very expensive. Still, I was grateful for a clean, comfortable room.

Clean,modern hotel very near the airport. The morning (4AM) shuttle to the airport was convenient and prompt. Room was quiet, except for the A/C

I dropped of my rental car at at the airport (<5 min away) at 8 PM as I was told by the front desk "10-15 minutes max wait". When I called for a shuttle 10 min later I was told at least 20 Minutes wait. At end of a long day, I paid for a taxi! The A/C controls are difficult. Had to call desk to ask how turn it off after trying increasing temp to silence it only resulted in switching to heat. This was the 18th hotel we have stayed in over the last 3 months and never experienced such a difficult control. Literally had to turn off a wall switch hidden behind a curtain.

Thias has a great fitness room for a value motel

Location is great if you want near the airport. This is a bit of a hike fromI-80,and I knew that inadvance,but thevalur was there so I went for it. I would stay again,but I was second guessing myself when I was driving South on 395 late at night...

We travel to Reno 2-3 times per year, and this hotel is the best we have found. Squeaky clean, comfortable beds, and a phenomenal free breakfast. We will definitely stay here again!

The only thing I can even think of is that the smell of bacon wafted down the hall to our first floor room. I was abstaining from meat for Lent, and that smell was really tempting!

the property was clean and rooms are pretty spacious. The breakfast in the morning was the best!

When we checked in the staff member that was checking in someone was rude and then very rude with my husband. he had no people skill at all! I thought maybe he’s having a bad day and ignored it, then the next day he wouldn’t even say hello or smile. it’s obvious he don’t like his job.

Central location just off a main arterial road,, close to the airport and convenient to the shopping we come to do. Breakfast was okay but not great even for the usual fare served as complimentary hotel breakfasts. Room and the public areas of the hotel were clean, beds were comfortable and the staff was helpful the bathroom in the room could have . We will definitely keep this hotel in mind for next time!

There were not enough towel racks and there was no toilet paper holder in the room's bathroom.

Breakfast was what I expected and it filled the need. Tim, the desk clerk, was absolutely awesome. He seemed to be the 'jack of all trades' and was super helpful.

Our door cards didn't work. Tim rekeyed them and even changed the batteries on the unit but they still didn't seem to work right. Once we got to the room after dinner, we didn't leave.
