The afternoon/evening gal was friendly, efficient, professional and kind. She was helpful. Great person to have represent your company. Loved seeing all the dogs and couldn't hear any barking. Room was comfortable. If we come to the area we will come back. Thank you

The early morning guy was less friendly less everything. Total opposite of our check in. Breakfast was late and lobby was busy waiting for him to put out breakfast. He was busy with one person talking about personal topics( maybe someone he knew). Elevator slow going down. That's all

1. The breakfast consisted of light snacks (granola bars and muffins + juice & coffee). But it was nice anyway! 2. Assistant GM (Cameron Cronen) was phenomenal. Our travel.com website told us check-in would be ready by (CORRECTION: "4am" NOT "4pm") on our day of arrival. Sadly, that was not the case. We had arrived at 9am, and were told by Cameron that we were given wrong info, and that he would do all he could to ensure that we could have a room sooner than the standard time of 3pm. We go into our room at about 1pm. Cameron did a great job helping us out! 3. Later than night (June 11th, Saturday), we came to the hotel late at night, the entire hallway reeked of marijuana smoke, but when we got into our room, the room was sealed so well, there was No trace of smoke in the room. We were able to sleep peacefully without being smoked out.

Travel.com could have been much more accurate with our check-in time.

AC worked great and the bed was very comfortable.

Check in took 25 minutes. Breakfast consists of Granola Bars. There is no daily cleaning of the room if you are more than 1 night so we had to request for extra towels. They did not advise us of this. Attention to detail is bad, 2 conditioners were left and no Shampoo. Cranky staff.

The staff at this location were all very friendly and helpful! The area is mostly light commercial and quiet at night. The pool was really nice too! The iron and ironing board came in handy since we were going to a formal event that evening.

Clean, comfortable. The only hotel this trip with conditioner as well as shampoo.

I couldn't figure out how to use AC.. Should have called front desk a little trouble figuring out the TV, too. A channel list would have been nice.

The front desk attendants went above and beyond with their "Breakfast in a Bag." Rose and Andréa were so helpful. The staff thought outside the box in meeting customer service standards during COVID. Congratulations to them all for being innovative.

The a/c was super quiet. The casino next door was great. The iron skillet restaurant was great. Very convenient the casino sold diesel For my pickup.

I really wanted to swim in the pool. Apparently, it’s seasonal according to staff.

Pool wasn't open, a reason why I booked this place. Took a long time to get checked in (3pm check in) served at almost 330pm, because rooms were not cleaned yet

Good, safe area with easy access to freeway.

Breakfast...granola bar, juice an coffee. OK, post covid maybe. However pre packaged muffins and yogurt would have been great to have too

Staff was great. Room was comfortable.

The location is in the midst of a commercial trucking area. Nothing wrong with that, but you had to drive quite a way to get a selection of eateries beside the truck stop restaurant combo across the parking lot.
