Ramada by Wyndham Reno Hotel & Casino

The hotel staff was very nice ,got to know Christine the night Manger purchased some gifts she had displayed.Guess running man was subpose be there the weekend I stayed ,but he couldn't show up stuck in mud ! The casino was awesome the staff was kind and greeted me .The food from the grill was good great flavor 😋 great price was worth it .'

Just some of the people in the casino Lil hard core ,but I'm from down south its the same I guess I was just a knew face that all would i go back yes .aAs a matter of fact at the end of sept i be staying again and the price for a room is great and the staff is wonderful.l

Top notch front desk staff. The Peter Doocy looking guy has got that joint wired. He needs some support and he can get anything done. He told me that it was especially nice inside because outside wasn't. That he wanted the difference to be realized immediately and was proud of the staff who clearly take pride in making this Ramada shine. Staff are solid but the big dogs should be upstairs rather than running the front desk. I'll tell you this. ...Doocy is going to get snapped up quick if Ramada doesn't sign him some appreciation cash and asks him what he would like to if he was part of the circle making new strategic business protocol. I'm going back.

That my date didn't make it.

The management and staff are exceptional! I left something that is very important to me in my room upon check out. Roughly an hour later i was contacted by management notifying me that I had left my personal property and I needed to call to identify it so I could come and claim it. Trust me when I say that had I stayed anywhere else and left this particular item, I’m almost positive I would have never seen it again. Thank you so much!

I don’t care for the casino attached however the home is my go to when I need a room.

Bed were great and rooms was a good value and rooms was clean and plenty of space

The downstairs bathroom in the casino was in very poor condition and posed a great health risk the metal wall was completely rotted away about 8 to 12 inches or more in places up from the floor on the wall behind the toilets I did not like how the casino New of this event and is primary for motorcycles and was having motorcycles towed away for parking under the awning at the main part of the building upon entrance was very wrong I do not consider that very good promotional for their guests

The staff is great management is amazing thus place is like a paradise sanctuary to me. I felt so comfortable and secure and safe here. Mina, Lisa and Desiree are amazing staff. They deserve recognition. Also Beto was such a great help.

Everything was great here! I will be coming here and I will be letting friends and family know that when visiting reno nevada, to stop at Ramada by wyndham.

good location, easy to navigate and park, didn’t have to go through the casino to check in, staff super helpful and friendly. I needed a door dash Walgreens delivery for medical support equipment and they offered to help sign for it if needed at the reception desk. this eased my fears of a possible delivery going wrong. all went perfectly well and was very much appreciated!

it looks like some repairs are needed but I understand they are getting back on their feet, possibly due to COVID. i wish them the best.

Room clean, bed comfortable, staff helpful and friendly, the Hotel have a name for itself, Ramada Inn, most popular place in the US. location surprised me. Room rate was good.

The location was full of drug addicts trying to come on to visitors inside, casino, but other than that everything was excellent, no one bothered me that I couldn't handle, I will come back.

The people were nice at the front desk and in the casino and the food area was great .The food was very descent prices and very tasty..The whole staff was kind and very friendly and helpful. Got to speak with Christine while she was setting up her display of items to sell .very nice place .price of the room was a good deal .

Location always so convenient and close to the freeway with free parking. I really liked the staff and breakfast too. nice amenities.

boy does it need a refresh. carpets and furniture and number of outlets. need at least 2 hooks in the bathroom and an extra towel rack. it’s great if you are staying by yourself but 2 or more in a room is hard when there isn’t enough outlets and surfaces for everyone’s toiletries.

We didn't even know the hotel provided a breakfast until the last day of our stay. The breakfast that the hotel provided was actually kinda neat and they had a pretty good selection of almost everything. I was truly impressed.

I didn't particularly care for the riffraff that hung out in front of the casino that is connected to the hotel. Which to be clear the casino wasn't an issue at all. We actually quite enjoyed having that Lil casino just downstairs from our room, it was actually quite nice. The locals were the issue unfortunately.
