The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby was decorated for Easter which I really liked. The room was clean and furnished well. I love the fact that there was an in-room refrigerator. The front desk person gave us two recommendations for dinner and the place we chose was very good. We loved the complimentary breakfast! It had everything anyone could possibly want. The person in charge of breakfast made sure all the tables were wiped down after guests left and the food was always restocked and fresh. I would stay here again anytime I was in the area.
The water in the sink was hot but for some reason the shower water was only warm. Maybe too many people were taking a shower at the same time, but I like a HOT shower.

Room was great. Plenty of space. Clean room. Bathroom immaculate. Staff very friendly and professional. Loved the breakfast that was available. Room was quiet. AC worked well. I will definitely be staying here again.
Minor issue with one lamp on the night stand not working properly. Called front desk and they sent a maintenance worker to fix the issue. He did a sort of work around fix that was just fine for us and allowed us to have plenty of light so we could both read in bed. Great job.

Room was deluxe room with kitchenette. It was quite large, it would be nice for a few day stay and much more than we really needed for an overnight stay. Breakfast was scheduled for 6 AM start, but started earlier than stated which was good for us. We needed to be on our way early on this holiday weekend. It was clean, comfortable, and Best Western! The room was also available a little ahead of scheduled check-in time, which was good for us.

Its a pretty good mud level hotel and I don't want to sound like complainig, but. Advertized by booking as a very good breakfast turned out to be pretty "mediocre". Pool is outside on a parking lot and small

Location is right in the middle of town with easy access to dining and a casino right by it.
Breakfast was very sub par, pancake machine broken and very small selection. I expected more for what I paid for the place which was the most expensive in the area. Did not meet expectations for the money.
