easy access, center of town, large vehicle parking. Friendly young man at check in, really comfortable beds and pillows.
smoky smell from casino. poor service in restaurant - waitress got both our orders incorrect, never came back with water or soda refills. Meat ordered medium came raw, returned to be “recooked” to medium as requested - returned just seared on both sides still completely raw and uncuttable in middle.

The front desk clerk was an amazing person. She is great at her job and made us feel welcome. Very friendly and helpful.
Check in was a little late because the room wasn't ready. The ice machine was broken and all the outside doors to get into the hotel didn't lock.

The exterior was the only part that I felt could have used a little update but that left the inside to be a pleasant surprise. It was as clean as it can be when they smoke and breakfast was AMAZING.
I wish Nevada would hurry up and get rid of smoking indooors, it's disgusting. I would consider gambling if everywhere indoors didn't make me want to gag.

We always enjoy the free breakfast, food aways good and fast and the waitress are always so friendly even at 5 am. Had a drink before bed and the bartender was funny and nice too.
The chair in the room was very very worn, maybe time to replace it. Other than that the room was very clean and comfortable

The housekeeping staff should wait until after 11am to vacuum - you can hear vacuuming on lower and upper floors in the morning. The smoky casino was a wild trip back in time - how do they allow indoor smoking in 2021?

Big room, comfortable beds. Perfect stop on long road trip, easy to get to (right off the main road) but the room was quiet. My kids loved walking through the casino to get to breakfast.
Everything was good, nothing fancy or new. Common areas were clean but older.
