Candlewood Suites Winnemucca, an IHG Hotel

We like the location. Pulling a trailer with a truck. Can park on the side of the street. Because the police dept. is behind the hotel, it is the safest place in town.

A scented candle was left plugged in. Can’t handle scents. The window only opens about 3”.

The kitchenette was wonderful! It made our stay over night so pleasant. The room and bathroom were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Staff was nice and friendly. Thank you for the reviews on Expedia site, we had never been there (town) but picked the right hotel to stay as we drove up to Idaho!! We will stay at this hotel again when we travel that way again! We recommend anybody who likes a hotel room with a kitchenette and large floor spaces stay at Candlewood Suites Winnemucca!

We really enjoyed staying at this location. It was very clean and precisely what was advertised. We came in late due to delays in our travels and we were greeted joyfully by the front desk. There was food options available at this location at night which made things easier on us. Although we pay $25 per pet it was worth it when we got to the room because we felt they were safe to stay while we were gone. we would suggest getting your elevator fixed it seems like some type of fuel burning inside the elevator making a toxic smell. Thank you for making our stay comfortable, clean and convenient.

Bed was comfy and location was quiet. Full sized fridge with ice maker. The gal at check in gave us an excellent suggestion for dinner and she did not steer us wrong.

Coffee was horrible. Way to weak for that coffee maker. We were fortunately located near the lobby so could get stronger coffee.

Clean room and a comfy bed. Happy with the mini kitchen. Friendly staff. Had a great time playing blackjack with some fun locals down at Winners casino. That was a pleasant surprise!

No ice machines. No facilities to speak of and no breakfast.

the location was perfect. the king bedroom suite was nice size.

the kitchen was poorly equipped. there were no forks or spoons, only one juice glass. also the bathroom did not have towels for two guests as that was how I booked the stay.

We need an accessible room for my husband who uses a medical scooter, this was perfect! Lots of room, roll in shower, bars by toilet, full kitchen (great!) Dinner recommendations from the front office was delicious!

Location was great. Directly in front of police station, but given that Winnemucca is the 4th safest city in Nevada, that problem didn't even matter. We definitely didn't worry about leaving our suitcases in the car!

Coffee machine wasn't well stocked. Only received one coffee bag and no sugar or cream. If you're going to get one thing right, get that right. Also, the TV didn't work in the morning. Not sure what that was about.

We liked the large size of the room and the possibilities of the kitchen had we stayed longer, and being dog friendly.

A tad more grass for the dog walking. Maybe a free breakfast like most places we stay.

Manager and staff were very helpful and just so excellent with customer service!

The room needed a bit more detailed attention to wiping down the shower and wiping off the table tops. Also needed an ice tray to catch the ice into and the shower gel was empty. Overall it worked out fine.
