Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Keene Downtown

The breakfast food was delicious & just right. The bed was really comfortable, took extra time getting out of bed, because we liked it! It was a special treat getting the 1st floor. The desk lady, was really nice and kind enough to let us in the parking lot door, so we didn't have to drag our luggage around the block. The shower was nice and warm and plenty of room for me.

Wish I could charge my car at this location. Person providing breakfast was grumpy.

There is no dedicated loading zone outside hotel for arriving guests. Hotel is on very busy road, and all parking spaces have meters on them. Hotel carpark outback requires guest to walk down flight of stairs. Rooms are not serviced which is ordinary given the cost of a room in this hotel

Nice rooms, comfortable beds, awesome location that was convenient to walk everywhere in downtown Keene.

The bathroom in our room wasn’t super clean. There was still some hair on the floor and a few coffee splatters. The hallways also smelled like old cigarette smoke.

Hotel has great location. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. Main street is good for a walk. Room was clean and good size. AC is loud! Breakfast was the typical prepared fare. Staff are very nice and attentive. The hotel was great and we would stay there again. Keene was very nice.

There is certainly a very odd stairs layout. We stayed on the second floor. There are three stairway exits on the second floor but you cannot access the ground floor from any of these stairways. One of the stairways only goes to the third floor and the other two go to emergency exits to the outside. Therefore, from the lobby, the only way you can get to the second floor is from the elevator. When I mentioned it to the staff they were apologetic and said it's because it is an historic building and are not able to change the layout of the stairs. But they are trying to work on it. It was just very odd. Other than that the hotel was great and we would stay there again. Keene was very nice.

We enjoyed the location being right downtown. Our loft king room was very roomy and unique-The breakfast was ample, delicious and tended to perfectly by Jeff.

We really enjoyed everything and would definitely book here again. The only thing would be the oversized window curtains were falling down and gave no darkness to the room in the morning.

The breakfast was good, the staff serving breakfast wa really friendly and nice. I loved the location, great place to stay if you want to park and walk the downtown stores, restaurants, and even the casinos.

The view ot my window was the hvac system, the bed wasn't that comfortable, the coffee wasn't very good and the cream and sugar in room wasn't enough then they ran out of vanilla creamer in the cafe. Need my coffee in the am!

I did book a King double room but did not find out that type of room was not available until a week before our event and ended up with double Queen room. They said I was eligible for an upgrade, but was not offered one.

The pillows were pretty uncomfortable and the bed was kind of uncomfortable.

Comfy beds and chairs. Friendly staff with a great breakfast and great staff running it (thanks, Jeff!) Perfect downtown location with attached gourmet restaurant, Firework. Due to covid you need to request housekeeping but they respond quickly.

Elevator was out for a few hours.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. My room was clean, everything functioned, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were good. Bathroom/shower very nice. Excellent location.

They don't have their own parking so you have to park at a private garage and you must park on the roof. Not terrible, just a minor inconvenience. My room included breakfast, which I was not impressed with. I had a pre-cooked omelet, some yogurt, and fruit cocktail (they didn't have fresh fruit other than oranges).

I’ve stayed at this facility twice before and was very impressed with the rooms that I stayed in. This time, however, I was less than impressed. The room was extremely small, no chair other than the desk chair was available. The room overlooked the ventilation system. The bathroom faucet needs to be caulked so that the hot water can work properly and the shower stall can use a good scrubbing to get rid of the mildew along the bottom of the stall wall. I will stay here again as my son goes to school down the street, which makes your hotel very convenient. As I’ve said, I’ve stayed here before and was very impressed with the facility. This time, not so much.
