Courtyard by Marriott Hanover Lebanon

Great location for a stay in either Hanover or the Lebanon area. Convenient walk to take-away food and drink at the Coop across the street. Well equipped rooms with small fridge and microwave. Quiet and clean, efficient check-in/check-out.

Would love to see some sort of Nespresso or Keurig style coffee machine in the room. There is a coffee maker, but it's the standard hotel style drip machine that just doesn't cut it at 0300 in the morning when a better quality brew is essential! )))

it’s on a hill and in the snow I wasn’t able to get up the and the was zero help from the staff I would have appreciated a lift up the hill or maybe a discount for my efforts to walk up the hill with all my luggage in the snow. I could canceled my reservation and made one at a hotel that would have been easier to get to during inclement weather. Also there seemed to be someone slamming doors most of the night

Perfect location for visits to Dartmouth College, Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center or generally... the Upper Valley area. Hanover Food Co-op is just a 5 minute walk away for any food/grocery needs and the center of Hanover is just a 5 minute car ride or Uber. Finally Covid protocols are in place in keeping with local and state mandates. PS - All of New England seems much more "Covid aware" than many other parts of the country.

Not much. Had some loud guests on the floor above me the last night of my stay, but to an extent beyond the properties control.

Location was fine. Parking was available. Room fine.

1. Most hotels offer free breakfast. Marriott charges. 2. Most hotels offer coffee bar all day for no charge. Marriott does not. 3. Room air conditioner was extremely loud, woke me up through the night.

Had breakfast at the hotel and that was disappointing. The latte machine did not work and offerings were just microwave sandwiches and other pre-prepared items. The room itself was spacious and clean. The hotel was very quiet and super close Dartmouth

The food offerings in the café downstairs were disappointing

The staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating . The hotel's common areas and guest rooms are immaculate. The restaurant and facilities were limited due to COVID but we are still in a pandemic. My husband and I were able to easily reserve a time to use the gym (with no one else) which was great. Families should plan ahead to reserve the pool/hot tub until pandemic restrictions are lifted.

The toilet in our bathroom kept running. My husband was able to temporarily fix the issue but every time the toilet was used, it would run again. We did not alert staff until check out as we were too tired to deal with switching rooms. The only other item I noticed was the smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway outside our room. My guess is it is a lingering smell from when smoking in hotels was allowed. The smell was absolutely not present in our room or in the common areas of the hotel.

The location was pleasant in appearance and close to the business center of town. The staff was very pleasant to deal with and very accomidating. The room was clean,comfortable, and well layed out. Easy to work in.

The fact that we could not get the room done each day, and the Breakfast offerings were minimal at best. And the staff member told us breaskfast was closed, yet it was an hour earlier than we were told it was in the advertisment and at check in, and the staff member manning the station seemed putout about it on top it. In the end they did give my wife the cup of coffee she wanted.

Less than 10 minutes from Hanover/Dartmouth in a secluded woody area. The room was spacious and well appointed with a comfortable bed, good Wi-Fi, and good bathtub/shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast sandwich was tasty.

The sofa had a hideaway bed and was awkward for sitting.

This is basically across the street from Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, and adjacent to a lovely co-op style grocery store, the liquor store, and restaurants. You couldn't find a better location if you're visiting someone at the hospital.

The room was fabulously clean, bed was extremely comfortable. The TV sits on a swivel so you can either sit on the couch or sit in bed and pull it out. Room was large and well appointed. The Starbucks in the lobby makes FANTASTIC drinks and the food is fresh and hot. Staff is always so wonderful!
