Quality Inn

The location was perfect for our needs. The facility was very clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. The lobby looks great; clean, modern, and comfortable.

The room was dated, but fine. The rubber shower mat was old and a bit slippery. We wish the staff had enforced the mask rule posted everywhere, but understand how futile it can be in that position.

Breakfast was less than desirable. I understand it’s continental but eggs still had powder in them. They weren’t mixed

You had some choice in breakfast item. Not just a bag breakfast. They had hot instant cereal and hot pocket breakfast sandwiches and good cold cereal and yogurt choices. Some muffins too.

Guest slam doors at 6:15 am and talk in the hall. Maybe there can be a quiet rule before 8 am GPS took us to some different location that doesn’t exist.

Close to the highway and convenient to Dartmouth Hitchcock Hospital. The bed was comfortable. Nice to have a little something for breakfast-muffins, yogurt, dry cereal, milk, juice and coffee. Staff was pleasant.

Little noise from the people above us and when getting ice- ask for second floor. Hard to see the entrance way to the hotel at night when it was dark.

They put us in a room bear the entrance, like we requested as both use canes and rollators, the mattress was fantastic and room was very clean.

I thought the breakfast was somewhat light, even knowing about the covid19 situation. The desk person held my door upon leaving, but I fell in the plowed snow behind my car, and did manage to get back up without injury, but no one helped us. Also had trouble finding place as there was no lit sign at all.

Check in and out was extremely fast and easy, front desk was very helpful. Lobby was very clean along with my room. Size of the room was more than big enough. Bathroom was a little small but clean. Overall I had a great experience and would visit this quality inn again.

Location off the main road was a little different, had to enter through a car dealership. Could’ve done a better job with painting in the hallways.

This was my second time staying here, was as comfortable as the first time. Staff was attentive and the room was giant. Had a welcoming smell once I opened the door and the bed/bathroom were clean. There’s a reason why this was my second time staying here, I will be back in the future.

Well kept and clean. Room was spacious, close to hospital . Ketan Rawal the mgr for the hotel was very nice and hospitable!

Internet was spotty. Had to keep reconnecting to stay online

It was clean, quiet and convenient.

The breakfast was wanting. I also witnessed a tense exchange between a desk attendant and what appeared to be a boyfriend.

Very clean and well kept.

Lighting to enter from the highway. There is no signage to tell you that you have to go through auto dealership to get to motel.
