The Quechee Inn at Marshland Farm

The hot/cold buffet breakfast was perfect and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The pre fix dinner menu was delicious and at a more than fair price. The inn had a lovely bar with a roaring fire that was very comfortable and inviting.

The bed was a little too soft for what we like. Because we had a first floor room in a hallway near the lobby, we were glad that there was a hallway door that closed to the lobby. The problem was that the hallway door squeaked whenever it was used. Probably just needs a little oil in the hinge.

The Quechee Inn at Marshland Farm was so lovely! I took my mum away for a birthday surprise and she absolutely loved it. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were very welcoming and the atmosphere in the common area/restaurant was so cozy. The food was also SO good. Highly recommend the butternut squash ravioli...could eat that everyday. It was also a good value to have breakfast included.

The bed was a little uncomfortable, like it had been used for years and years without replacement. The bed also made SO much noise every time someone moved.

We had the perfect Vermont experience! The quintessential New England charm fills every space. Kitchen and wait staff were fantastic. The location is near everything one looks for in a Vermont vacation.

WI-FI was touch and go, but the staff had all the information we needed about the area and the room had a comprehensive directory.

Farm building, inn and grounds were beautiful and quaint. Very quite location. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Very willing to help. Best part of the stay was our dinner at the inn. The staff(waitress and manager) were constantly checking to see how we were doing Quality of the food and the preparation were exceptional. The dining room was beautiful and well appointed. I would definitely plan to dine there on my next visit to Woodstock area.

Deluxe 2 queen bed room was very basic. Bed and bedding were not comfortable. Room was adequate and was the size indicated. Nice to have so many windows. Window unit air condition cooler room but leaked. Not sure if water was condensation or a leak

The breakfast and the staff were really nice. The authenticity of the place too. I also liked the fact that the inn was in front of a nice park.

I would say the rooms are getting old. I was not super clean to be honest and the shower had a lot of mold. They definitively need to renovate the bathrooms.

The room was great. Plenty of space and light. Food and drink was delicious and a very accommodating bartender during dinner. Buffet was plentiful and good. Staff was always attentive and provided information re: local area and directions.

There was some road noise, which was mainly because I was in the street-facing part of the house, but not enough to prevent my sleeping. Not much the inn can do about the road...

Quaint and cozy. Fireplace inside and fire pit outside. Great food at the restaurant. Chef Ryan is awesome! Mr. Tails is the all round guru of the inn. Thank you to both and all the staff for a wonderful getaway.

Not a dislike, just a note.. Monday and Tuesday the restaurant and bar at the inn are closed. So are mostly all of the restaurants and bars locally. Just an FYI to be prepared. Pizza chef has decent food. Right around the corner.

The breakfast, which was included, was the best I have ever had. Added bonus was getting to meet the owners dog, who walks around like she owns the Inn.

There was a glitch in the Booking.com system which did not communicate to the Inn that we had reservations. This took Michelle a few minutes of nervous searching to find. She then upgraded us to a King suite.

The beds were so amazing!! Great restaurant on site and small bar that opens at 5pm. Location was close to Simon Pierce, Quechee Gorge , Antique shops. The breakfast at inn was very good. Eat there NOT skinny pancake (fake crepes)

The only bummer is there is no mini fridge in room.

The breakfast was good. Waitress was competent and friendly! Dining room clean and cheerful. The table cloths added a lovely touch! Must add breakfast was included free with our stay!

Exact same breakfast selections on day two as those offered on day one. Maybe change it up a bit?!
