Very central location. We walked everywhere. Had trouble with our cable tv working but staff was exceptionally helpful about it and not only offered another room, but gave us a free breakfast card.
There was major renovation happening when we arrived that we were given no notice about. We did not receive the room we originally paid for due to the renovations but on the plus side, the room we were given was very nice.

The location was excellent; it was an easy walk to the main part of Woodstock. Our room was large and we had a lovely view of the river. The bed was very comfortable. Christine was very friendly, helpful and professional. I would stay here again.
there was no water near the coffee and tea supplies so I had to carry water for my room when I wanted to make a cup of tea. it was so cold in the hall and stairways that it was uncomfortable to walk to and from my room.

it’s proximity to the middle of town and being on the river. our room faced it. very relaxing. we would consider staying here again.
no daily housekeeping. my wife was dissatisfied with that. but I do know all we had to do was ask and they brought us what we needed. however I also like having clean towels and the trash emptied every day. plus our sink had a big crack in it. not good!

It was in an ideal location for exploring the town. The room was very comfortable. The staff were helpful and courteous and we were upgraded to a river view room.
It would have been nice to have had the option for breakfast, although we knew it was not an option when we booked. It would have been good to have had tea/coffee facilities in our room rather than having to go to a communal area for it. It was more expensive than we would have liked

Large, clean room, comfy beds, nice coffee selection in hallway. There was a nice balcony but the weather when we were there was not great for outside seating. A glitch with the TV was fixed by staff when we asked.
The beds were very high which made it awkward to sit on them, for example, to remove shoes. There was no table to set food on other than nightstand and one other small table. Breakfast items would have been nice.

The location was perfect for attending wassail weekend activities without having to drive anywhere or try to park.
The shower was stopped up and they didn't clean it after the dirty water drained.

Stan our check in person was the best. Made recommendations when asked and it was consistently the best choice for us. So helpful, courteous and pleasant.

It was in a great location to walking downtown Woodstock. There was a market across the street which was very convenient.
The bed platform was held up by blocks underneath and the mattress was very firm. Neither the sink nor tub drained properly. No coffee maker in the room.

The hotel overlooks the river so our room had a fantastic view. There was a really useful information brochure in the room with details of restaurants opening hours etc. Short walk into the centre of town. Great location.
