Home2 Suites By Hilton North Conway, NH

Room was clean and spacious and had all the amenities of home. Bed, furniture and pillows were all very comfortable. Close to restaurants and shopping, including tourist traps and grocery stores. A minute or two from the east end of the Kancamagas highway. And for me, within walking distance of a Starbucks (We're from the Seattle area).

I did not find anything lacking.

Excellent!! Clean, comfortable. Room was very large! Shower water was hot and pressure was fantastic! Breakfast was exceptional. Highly recommend!

There was nothing we didn't like!

Cleanliness, extremely friendly/helpful staff. Large suite rooms, enough room for children to have somewhere to sit/play board games, etc. Breakfast area was clean, well stocked, staff was excellent. Kids had great selections to choose from.

Breakfast selection should include plain scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, better protein choices, less carb choices. The scrambled egg bowls tasted terrible and we all threw them out. Omelette selections should have a plain cheese omelette daily. Every day that had a pepper omelette, the sandwich selection didn’t include a plain choice. Too many sandwiches with sausage.

Hotel seems quite new and the rooms were really spacious and well equipped, even with a small kitchenette. Indoor swimming pool and nice breakfast with a good selection. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had an issue with the room that locked it self (dead man lock from inside) whilst we were outside. Night personell was not able to resolve it (in the end I resolved it by myself, by making a hook from a piece of plastic to pull the lock back from outside).

The whole hotel was immaculate!! Very clean, staff were very friendly. Loved the face they had free coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby!! The rooms were stocked with anything and everything you could need. Beds were comfortable. Best hotel shower I’ve ever used honestly!! Plenty of room for 4 adults (and honestly 1-2 more if need be). perfect location, close to everything in North Conway!! Will DEFINITELY be staying here again!!

The only thing if I really wanted to complain about would be the pillows were a little too squishy, but I ended up just doubling up and slept perfectly fine

Outstanding Hotel from start to finish, a lovely warm welcome. The room was massive!! spotlessly clean, great breakfast. Lovely kitchen fridge/microwave and Walmart just behind the Hotel. Fantastic location near restaurants, The town of North Conway is beautiful. Also an Outlet Mall very close. A great base for The White Mountains! Every member of staff we encountered was helpful and friendly a real "family" feel about the place, the staff seemed so proud of their workplace!!

Hotel was in a perfect location, next to outlets, restaurants, and market. The room was clean and spacious. Plenty of parking, regardless of when you returned back to the hotel. Breakfast was delicious. I liked that it was easy self service and having coffee available all day. Ladies restocking food and drinks are friendly and did a nice job.

Not a deal breaker, just an observation. This would not prevent us from returning. Always a long line at the waffle making station. Could have two waffle makers or make them in advance. It looks like a big size, could cut in half for each serving. My daughter wanted one but line was too long to wait. Also maybe extend the breakfast time a little longer during the week during busy seasons. Or have extra seating. Yesterday a lot of guests came to eat around 8:15 or so and there wasn’t enough seating.

The room was a good size, the entire property was very clean. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast overall was very good. Location could have not been better. Most everything in town was at most 15 minutes away.

The only complaint I would have and it's a small one is the egg and sandwich breakfast options were the same everyday. A little variation would have been great.

The hotel was modern, bright and well-kept and many amenities were provided for their guests. It was on a busy street but the noise could not be heard from the room. We were able to do our laundry there at the midway point in our trip, which was fabulous! Every staff member we met was extremely kind and helpful. The cleanliness of our room and the whole hotel was much appreciated. We were able to sign up for a "Moose Tour" and that was fun. Although the bed, itself, was comfortable (King), it was impossible to maneuver around the bed due to its placement being 8 in. from the air conditioner unit and the bed was not moveable. This was a big problem. We heard that the "suite" does not have this planning issue. We were able to pop around town to get food and go to the drug store, which was wonderful. The breakfast was extremely well-stocked and delicious.

We did NOT like the immovable affixed king bed being only 8 in. from the immovable a.c. unit! Trying to get up in the night was a hazard to us not so "spring chicken" guests. The roll out table's leg was about to fall off, but apparently is a design flaw of the maker. No problem for us.
