Grand Summit Hotel at Attitash

Everyone was super nice and helpful especially Judy Lamb the Concierge!! Judy talked with us for a bit about places to sight see and explore. She had maps and print outs for everything!! Without Judy we wouldn’t have found all the beautiful places we did!! Thank you Judy for your exceptional customer service! I just can’t say enough about Judy, hotels need more people like her to guide their guests. The hotel was very quiet, clean, and the pool was awesome. Just a perfect weekend stay!

The hotel is great! Beautiful fireplace in the lobby. Staff was helpful and very friendly. The room we had was perfect for us. The kitchen had all you needed to cook simple meals. There was even an extra standing fan in the closet!. The pool and hot tub were great. It's a heated pool, you can swim in and out of the pool inside so the cold air doesn't hit you as soon as you leave the water.

My ONLY complaint was the bed. The mattress was terrible on both the Murphy bed and the pull out sofabed. We actually stacked the mattress to see if it was better, it helped a little bit not great.

It was very clean and this is very important to me. Also, love having the restaurant/bar right on site with live music and dancing!!! My grandkids loved the outdoor pool!!!! You don’t have to leave - lots of activities on site.

Wish there was a separate bedroom rather than having the beds right in the living space.

The hotel STAFF was what I really liked!!! They are amazing!! Hospitality the way it should be :) Along with the food and service we received at the Tap house. Let me note we arrived right before they were about to close and they sat us, served us, and talked with us like we were the 1st customers of the day :) We definitely would come back.

The room could use a little TLC. But it was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked :)

We loved everything about our stay at Grand Summit! We enjoyed using the pool, hot tub and the gym during our stay. The Black Diamond Grill has amazing breakfast! Very affordable and delicious!!! The hotel restaurant was super cute and a great atmosphere, I can’t wait until it is fully reopened! We will definitely be coming back to stay again in the future!

Very nice place has two restaurants on premises great food for a good price. Has two hot tubs and nice pool. Both are salt water so they are open all year long.

The Concierge lady was very nice and helpful. She helped us with the hiking trails we planned to do

The shower head in the bathroom is very cheap, it has only one setting to spray water. It sprays as wide hollow cone giving a feeling that you are not getting water on your whole body.

Staff was excellent on arrival and through out stay always willing to go above and beyond for any needs.

The mattress felt a little rough could have been a little more comfortable

Everybody is struggling with staffing right now. It was no better or worse here but things weren’t open when we expected them to be. Everyone working was helpful. No complaints

Great hotel for a quiet holiday stay, the personnel is very helpful, the facilities very clean. The heated outdoor pool is fantastic. Warm and cozy room.
