Colonial Motel

The location is very good: not far away from Mt. Washington, very close to rt 112. There are nice hiking trails in 4 min from the motel in Green Hills Preserve, such as Peaked Mountain Trail, etc. They motel is ok. We stayed 2 nights. Our room was on the back side of the motel. After first night, the guests upstairs woke up much earlier than us, and it was quite noisy, until they left. We could hear their toilet flushing, shower, footsteps. After second night we did not have this inconvenience. The owner was friendly. They have coffee at the reception all day.

The location was good, the parking was good. I like the fact that it had two night stands, and two chairs. And it was very clean. The bathroom was set up nicely for having your clothes and your toiletries available. There was a decent amount of shampoo and soap in the bathroom.

I didn't appreciate that the air conditioner was not on when we arrived, it was an extremely hot day, and we had to leave and come back because the room was much too hot to stay in. I didn't appreciate an ashtray right outside our window. That particular window was very dirty. There was a trash can left right next to our door, didn't appreciate that either. There was a slight odor when I entered the room, I'm still not sure what it was. But my nose did get used to it. It was far too expensive for the room size and amenities, I probably would have given it a higher score if it had been more reasonably priced

This was a pleasant surprise... the room was large and very clean, and updated (not like some reviews which said it needed updating). there is a pool in the back and the location is within walking distance of restaurants and entertainment. The price was great! I hate paying a lot of money just to sleep :) The room was very quiet even though it was booked to capacity. I would stay again without hesitation

Enjoyed our stay - the location was great very close to restaurants outlets etc. . The room was spotless very clean and the bed was so comfortable. It was also very quiet didn’t hear anything from the rooms around us. It was nice that it also had a pool.

From what I understood dogs weren’t allowed as we were going into our room the neighbours who were sitting outside, dog started barking. I thought oh no that’s all we will hear tonight but fortunately we didn’t .

Bed was comfortable, location was good, people were friendly and it was quiet even though it was close to the road. The pool was nice. I would stay here again!

No umbrellas at the pool for shade. The location of the air conditioner was cold to walk by to the bathroom. The toilet was too close to the sink. My husband had to tighten the bolts on the toilet seat as they were very loose. The bath tub needs work on the controls of the faucet.

There was a beautiful view outside the room. You could walk to some places to shop and eat. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I was happy with the WIFI and all my devices worked.

It was a little costly compared to the hotel in Acadia and Albany which were good. I know it was labor day weekend but just don't think the rates should bump up so drastically. We were on vacation and this was the most expensive hotel.

Location is awesome from sign board you are expecting old building but hence Infact att the amenities are their. BON FIRE to outdoor barbecue machine is waiting is waiting for you.you car is parked outside your door.you wanna enjoy smoke or drink outside cozy chairs are their.nice view from front and back awesome view too.outdoor pool is small buy for now its alright. Overall it's the place to recommend for freind and family.highly recommended

They can much more improve their front driveway.when you wanna turn your car into motel it's should be very easy not difficult to pass your drivving test one more time.might be I have a big Dts or my rst suburban I need to be careful not to scratch my rims to curb.its the city I knew but motel should brought to city n highway department to be taken care good.no complaints from motel or staff whatsoever.Good hard working guys.

The room was clean and the free parking was nice to have right outside our door. The location was great and very close to local shops and restaurants.

The room was too cluttered with an overabundance of furniture. 2 beds, 2 chairs, a desk, mini fridge and tv stand was entirely too much for a small room. The beds were ok, but mattresses were a bit hard. The clock hung so high it touches the ceiling was odd and above the beds were pictures hung too high and different heights too each other. Maybe closer attention to detail.

We have spent 3 nights here. The room had a lot of space, it was well equipped and clean. Despite proximity of White Mountains Highway, it was not noisy. Good location, close to the core of the city, also close to the Peach’s restaurant offering great breakfasts. Within short driving range from Settlers Green outlets.

Everything was ok!

Convenient to downtown No.Conway.

we were unable to open the window for some fresh air. Due to the fact that the occupants on either side of our room sat outside and smoked. We even had to rush to close the door when coming and going do to the heavy smoke. Perhaps the owners should move the smoking area away from the rooms.
