Eastern Inn & Suites (formerly Eastern Inns)

We really liked the location. We have visited North Conway many times and have tried other motels, inns. Having a suite was nice as we had a sitting area. We also appreciated the coffee in the morning.

The carpet needed cleaning and the room odor needed to be addressed. We understand how many people enter and exit the room on a daily basis so we are not complaining just making a recommendation.

Great location, very reasonably priced, friendly staff with comfortable rooms. The best part was the staff who were very helpful and friendly. Loved the 24-hour coffee and indoor pool and hot tub.

The only one suggestion is that the bathroom towels could be larger. The property is somewhat dated, but that was not an issue given the value, location, and extras.

it was wicked clean and nice the amenities like pool were beautiful! was a little expensive but it was nice so evened out ! the house keepers were amazing. the check was a bummer because we had to wait for our room to be clean 2 hours but still it was clean and nice

well check in is at 3 and we got there at 5 and our room wasn’t ready yet and we had reserved our rooms weeks in advance as well as check out said 11 but they told us we needed to check out by 10 so they had time to clean room for next stay because there short staffed not a huge deal but kinda crappy

I loved the room which was just remodeled, very cute . The dogs in the lobby , game room and pool/hot tub

I wish the pool was a little warmer

Would like to see the availability of breakfast again. So few places in N Conway to eat breakfast.

The evening check in clerk was very short. Not in the best of moods, and made the check in process more difficult than it needed to be.

Friendly staff, willing to provide information regarding local businesses, dining options.

No where to hang things (clothes, towels) in the bathroom, no hooks on door or wall. No place in room other than over the refrigerator to hang anything, and then it had to be something short, nothing longer than a shirt or skirt.

The location was good, close to downtown, and a lot of restaurants and shops. The pool and hottub were very clean, same with the outdoor sitting areas and grill areas. The room was very clean and comfortable. Each room had a mini fridge and microwave which was nice. There was also a game room upstairs and downstairs for the kids whicj was nice. P

Location was auperb: off the main drag but a short, 5-minue walk to downtown. It was super quiet. Lots of amenities.

Staff was friendly and the facilities were clean.

This hotel advertised a continental breakfast and that was what we expected and paid for as we understood it. Instead we were offered a few items for purchase. Very disappointed. Pool table should have been complimentary.

The booking site says free breakfast and they don't do breakfast haven't for the last 2 years. And website says free breakfast.
