Best Western Hampshire Inn & Suites

The hotel & room itself were very clean, the bed was comfortable & breakfast was basic but good. I was delayed by almost 24 hours thanks to jetBlue. My room was autocanceled. The front desk gals went the extra distance for me so I was made financially whole. They were awesome!

Unless they want to give away the rooms for free, nothing code have been done better.

where to start ? my fiancé and I go on little weekend getaways every couple months I randomly picked this hotel cause it was close to Hampton beach and honestly couldn’t beat the price. The check in was a breeze the lady at the desk was very nice answered all my questions with no problem. the hotel was or is being renovated our room was nice and spacious. the pool was cold at first but it is heated perfect location off highway shopping/bars/restaurants all with in walking distance of the hotel they have breakfast which is something I miss when we stay at hotels. there was waffles (with all the fixings) you had to make yourself they had scramble eggs, sausage, home fries, pastry’s, cereal fruit, bagels, yogurt and of course coffee and stuff. I’m the end I was very happy I made this pick we enjoyed ourselves.

the pool and pool area is small the food was cold they need to put the warm thing up higher we was in room 302 I believe the door is annoying it make a noise when closing from scrapping on the ground. the elevator sou need a like the cable is going to snap and takes forever to close unless you press the button. over all it was a great stay and well worth every dollar

Room was very spacious. Bed was comfortable. Good sized bathroom. Enjoyed the breakfast every morning. Liked the fact that it was a short drive to Hampton and Salisbury beaches. Easy to get to right off the highway. Housekeepers were very accommodating. Very nice for the price!!!!!!!!!!!

There was nothing we were unhappy with.

Room was just fine and comfortable, very quiet stay and breakfast was really good.

The card I used to hold the room was used to charge it instead of the card we handed them upon check in. Which caused quite a bit of financial issues with my bank. I have to wait almost a week for someone who is the only one who can correct the issue once he comes back to the states. All I got for my financial issues is causing is I'm sorry. Will not do their hotel again.

The beds were very comfortable and the stay was very nice

When we checked out they charged us for additional night, when I called hotel the front desk was extremely rude, kept saying we did not and when I insisted she then found error. She said she credited but has not shown up in our banking statement as of yet. Her name was Melissa and honestly we were thinking about a fall trip but after dealing with her, I'm allset. I'll go back to Hampton Inn.

The room. The set up for the king size rooms were different from others. I liked the small hallway to the bathroom and the larger, open concept of the room. It felt more roomy the way it was set up.

The shower was a little weird. It was hard to get the temperature and pressure right for the way it was set up.

It was a wonderful stay and we will choose this site again next year on our way to and from Maine. The room exceeded our expectations, it was a king suite and we were very surprised at the reasonable cost for such a comfortable room. Please do not increase the cost because as such a phenomenal deal guests will keep coming back. Bed was great, comfortable and cozy with very nice linens. Pillows could be "flatter", too plump for me. The breakfast was also very nice with many options, and the coffee was delicious. Imran Pethania checked us in and she was so courteous and friendly, it was obvious that she was very proud of the facility and all that it offered.

There was nothing that we did not like.

The first room we walked into smelled bad. We asked for a different room and the front desk lady was very apologetic and very nice and without hesitation changed and upgraded our room. That was a very pleasant surprise! Thank you. The breakfast was good, the second, upgraded room was quiet and clean. I asked for a late checkout. Free late checkout is up until 12 noon. After that there's a charge per hour. I'm glad the receptionist mentioned it to me so we could plan our departure in the morning.

Breakfast was good. I was able to bring some to my boyfriend waking up after being awake for 33 hours. The room was much more cozy than expected it had a nice living room area where we were able to wing down and hang out before bed. It also let us have some space since I get up much earlier and was able to relax before he got up.

The shower was a struggle the water pressure was barely there.

The breakfast was a surprise as I had received emails stating that it was grab and go bags. When my husband went up to get us a couple of grab & go , he came back with a big plate of breakfast foods that we shared ! Nice surprise ! I liked having the coffee maker right in the room as I am an early riser and need that morning cup .

I have a hard time with stairs and had to get up several to get to the lobby to check in. Once I was checked in, it was elevator and ground level entrance to our room.
