Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Hampton South-Seabrook, an IHG Hotel

Location was good. Place was clean, staff was helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned daily.

I am in a wheelchair and couldn't get the only roll in shower in the place. I can't step into a tub so I stayed for a week without being able to take a shower, had to do sponge baths. Handicapped parking was always full, too few spots. It was hard to get past kitchen area to rest of room, not enough wheelchair clearance. Eggs and sausage patties were dry and overcooked.

I always stay here when visiting Hampton Beach area. I love the fact they have their own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles in the shower so I don’t ever need to worry about packing those toiletries. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Very clean rooms, pretty quiet when I visit, even when I stayed for Memorial Day Weekend.

Nice & Clean. Extremely comfortable beds. Very nice breakfast. The small gym even included dumbbells which is not always common. While Seabrook may not be the hottest destination around there was a Walmart and big shopping center 1 minute away and plenty of restaurants in the area. This was a very nice hotel to stop at along our trip towards Maine.

Everything was perfect except…

The mattress had a deep curve which I sunk in when I was lying on it!!! I guess some very heavy guests had been there and made the mattress sink. I guess my point is that mattresses should be tested and replaced every so often because my back did not do well on that mattress,thank/you.

Located in a Good area, In the. Middle of a shopping plaza with a bunch of stores Which was convenient. comfortable bed's.

The towel situation at the pool was rediculous. Medium hand towels for use . Said pool was having cleaning or something and it was still dirty with hair and tags in it and they should sweep the corners of the room in the pool area because of bugs and spider webs .trash didn't get dumped outside for days it was overflowing.

Loved the location and the staff was excellent!!

Really wasn't crazy about the breakfast buffet. Could offer some other pastries besides cinnamon roll and maybe bacon rather than sausages as some of us can't have.

Good Breakfast with different foods always included some type of egg. Their pancake machine and some other breakfast food items. Room was a decent size and was clean.

No major issues you have to request house keeping when you need it

We like that the property sits back and feels like it’s secluded yet is close enough to the beach and restaurants to allow short drives to get to our destinations.

The breakfast isn’t as good as other hotels but is is suitable for a light fare to start the day

Continental breakfast was a Plus. Beds were comfortable. I asked for a top floor and got it without a problem!

Breakfast was good included in the price. Never got to the pool. But I like that it has one for the colder months.

Location & price was great. AC worked very very well

I was unable to get the hot breakfast which was a deciding factor in selecting this hotel, I wouldn't have to buy breakfast. Providing microwavable breakfast sandwiches was inadequate substitution. I also couldn't get a receipt from the hotel even though I paid them directly they said the receipt had to come from you as I made the reservation through you. That makes no sense whatsoever.
