The Hub Middletown Red Bank- Best Western Signature Collection

We liked the location, good breakfast, comfortable beds. The staff is nice. Special thanks to the hotel for prolonging the breakfast time when there was electricity outage the whole morning. I would also like to thank the lady from the kitchen, whom we asked for advice on good Latin American restaurants.

The room had a bad smell (not mold, not toilet, just bad). We reserved a room on first floor just because of the pool. Yes, the pool is there, but it's out of order. Judging on the look of the paper in the lobby, it's not working for quite some time. It would be fair to write this in that introduction message you get when reserving the room.

Breakfast was excellent, well stocked, and fresh; the room was roomy, clean, and well-appointed. The decor had a nice, modern feel and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The staff was super-friendly and we were happy to see that it is also pet-friendly. We will be staying there again as it is central to places we like to frequent. Highly recommended!

We were unable to use the pool as it had recently been refurbished and was waiting on the health inspector to sign off on it. They were scheduled to come in the day after we were leaving. It looked amazing and we can't wait to come back and try it out!

The best part of my stay was the great customer service I received. SAM, in particular, was quite pleasant and accommodating.

The main reason we selected this location was because of the pool. The website stated that the pool was closed in August. Our stay was in September for the holiday weekend, and the pool was not open. This was a big disappointment for the bday boy as well as 6 and 9 year old children. We understand the reason that it was closed, but we do not understand why it was not stated on the website.

Loved the patio pool view room, spacious ans very clean. These rooms face the pool, fire pit, bbq, patio areas and basketball court. Easy to meet up with friends without walking throughout the hotel. Loved eating breakfast on your patio and lunch poolside. Hotel is very clean and an overall easy stay with polite staff. Love that you can come and go without needing a key card for every door like most hotels, this made picking up breakfast or running to your room super easy.

Wish they kept the food area open longer so you can use that area to eat your meals, especially if the weather is bad. Also would be great to have access to cold water ( especially during hot summer days) as most hotels offer this. The only cold water is in a machine in the food area, that is closed at 9:30am. Or a water cooler next to the ice machines would be great.

The hotel was clean & kept up well. It's also a deceptively larger hotel than you would think looking from the outside.

We stayed for one night. The room was kind of small. The king bed took up most of the space & then there was a chair that just fit on the side of the bed. The bathroom was also much smaller than I thought from the pictures but it was clean & modern. I didn't partake in the free breakfast but the space where breakfast was being served was also nice & clean. Overall it's a very nice hotel.

Very cozy and clean room. Beds very comfortable. Polite staff. Having cable TV, and wi-fi that was super easy to log into. Walk out balcony with chairs.

Vacuuming right outside the dining area in the middle of breakfast. Coffee was poor quality. Air fresheners dispensing toxic chemicals in fitness room, very displeasing to breathe that while trying to workout and fitness room was out of wipes to clean equipment. A spray bottle and rags would have been better alternative than disposable wipes that are probably not biodegradable or recyclable

The room was big, clean and comfortable. We had a very nice staying. The breakfast lady was very kind and helpfull.

In 2023 in one of the most rich and developed country all over the world, I would expect less disposable stuff at breakfast (cutlery, dishes and so on), but I am afraid this is a general issue about US and does not specifically concern this hotel.

Rooms are very clean. Breakfast is satisfying. Staff is welcoming.

The swimming pool was closed. It was written open on the booking.com website. Recomend to call before your visit for the pool. I was so disappointed. Besides this, there was an iron stick in the middle of the bed. Every time, I hit my foot and damaged myself unintentionally. It hurt a lot. They should change this.

the room are newer, comfortable bed, clean,pool was clean and pool area had plenty of chairs and umbrellas, Outback Steakhouse is in the same parking lot. We ordered lunch from the pool and walked over to pick it up. My son loved the basketball court. Our dog loved looking out the sliding glass door, therefore we could leave the room without him barking. The staff was wonderful and so was the free breakfast !!

I honestly can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

The hotel has recently been upgraded and feels very fresh and modern. The mattress was very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure, and these are always a big positive for me. The breakfast room is large and open so you don't feel crowded with other people.

Overall, it was a very positive experience. Negatives would be that it is a little pricey for a suburban Best Western on the side of a busy road. Also, the room was sparse. There is a big entryway in the room, but no hooks for coats, bags. Also, no hooks in the bathroom.
