Oyster Point Hotel

The view is amazing, even in the colder months. The restaurant had excellent service and the food was delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

No heat in the bathrooms. The hot water was tricky in the shower, but I figured out how to get it just right. There were an insane amount of pillows on the bed, but none were very comfortable.

The food at the restaurant was amazing! We ate on the patio both nights. The 1st night the room on the far end of the hall was perfect and the 2nd night the (a/c unit above our room on the roof)? made an awful loud noise and the hotel was booked solid so we couldn’t get a different room. Overall, it was beautiful and convenient!

Location was great!

When I booked this location I did ask for extra pillows. I was told at the desk that the hotel was at capacity and did not think she had any extra and that the woman at the desk would look into it. Well we never heard from her again . Pillow shortage I guess. Or she was to involved speaking with one of the gentleman that worked there.Nevertheless I don’t believe it was to capacity because we saw stickers on several doors saying RELAX meaning rooms were clean and sanitized. Otherwise our stay was fine and would go back.

Location was great! View was great, bed was so comfortable! Nice bar and lobby to hang out in too.

Room could use some freshening up - bathroom caulk, light switches, marks on walls etc. Nothing awful but could see wear and tear.

Breakfast was good for the money. Great assortment of jams. Beautiful view of the river. Our waitress Lisa was very gracious and efficient.

Heater/Air-conditioner was very noisy. Noise from neighboring room was louder than one would have expected. Must be thin walls

Awesome view from the room. Comfortable bed. Spacious room.

Amenities were not kept up. Like we didn't have the right coffee packets provided - only had 3 decafs and no one had bothered to check that there was real coffee in the room. Also, the furnishings in the bathroom were cheap. Like the toilet paper rolls wouldn't stay on the holder.

Lovely waterfront spot. Nice moderately active bar. Restaurant with fireplace. Friendly staff, you can see they enjoy working there. Seemed to be a camaraderie amongst staff .

Service was excellent and Staff was wonderful….Loved breakfast in bed was delicious and the beds were so comfortable had a good night sleep…. Highly recommend….

Wait stall were friendly and very helpful. Dinner was excellent and waiter was very attentive. Stopped by bar after attending a concert, bartender was very friendly and pleasant even though it was close to last call.

The breakfast food was not good. The eggs had a funny taste... the avocado toast was not tasty. Must have been cooked in oil instead of butter, just not a good breakfast. The service was friendly, however, not very attentive. No one there and had call server over repeatedly if needed something.
