Homewood Suites by Hilton Eatontown

Breakfast was a bag breakfast due to Covid which was understandable. Only complaint, no meat and not enough juice.

I booked through booking.com, and the total for the room listed at 687.34. However when I got to the hotel, they charged me a incidental fee, which I totally understand. However my credit card ahs two amount on it one of 787.50 and 137.50, which I don't understand, not very happy and need to call the hotel I guess. I was hoping the charges would correct in a few days.

The spacious and cleanliness of the room and hotel. But more importantly the friendliness of the staff those are the little details that can really make a difference upfront.

Parking was tight as the lot did not appear to accommodate a full hotel although there was lots nearby I’m not sure they are attached to the location. The bathroom although clean and very functional felt a little outdated.

I would have rated this property excellent but upon check out they did not know the Booking.com rate. I was charged over $100 above my guaranteed price. I spoke twice to reception about this, they gave me a statement for the Booking.com rate, but the charge on my credit card statement is the higher price. Otherwise, it was a great room, nice and quiet, doors don't slam and very clean.

Centrally located. Clean room. Breakfast was a 9 out of ten.

Too expensive for one night. Room was still being cleaned after we arrived after 4 pm check in. Got woke up twice during the night by very loud guests coming to their rooms. Am clerk said they were sorry about that. Breakfast was ok. Probably will not stay there again !!

Breakfast was good especially the convenience . Hot beverages were available as soon as we wake up and warm food was ready . And a good variety .

I think too much potatoes everyday . Instead to get some bread some days ( if not everyday ) we could toast . Also the fresh fruits ( especially bananas were not too appealing because for 3-4 days the same over riped bananas which turned brown and almost black color were there and nobody was eating . Better not to serve .besides these 2 observations , it was fine .

The property overall and the room itself were very clean. Staff were very friendly. Check in was efficient. Room was comfortable and quiet.

I’ve had better free breakfasts, but it was ok. Wouldn’t keep me from staying here again.

The whole hotel was very clean, staff was friendly, room was spacious, and the breakfast was good with many choices.

The only issue we had was the pillows were not comfortable but the mattress was!

The breakfast was delicious, the staff were so kind and helpful, everything was super clean and comfy... and the hotel was just a short drive to resturants, shopping, Red Bank, the beach etc.. It was an amazing stay for our 10 year anniversary. ♡

The hotel was full! There seemed to be 2 wedding parties there and on Sunday, a girls softball team! ... but that just shows what a nice hotel this is... its a very popular place ;)

Pool was closed temporarily, due to roof repairs. Business center was not working. Computer was down. Front desk was helpful though.

the English muffins were a bit stale - probably from sitting out - the case they are in isn't airtight - but the raisin bread was good!

French toast sticks tasted greasy and would have needed a lot of syrup to disguise that....only tasted one before choosing or not...
