Highbridge Hotel

The breakfast is amazing!!!!! Eggs, sausage, bacon, home fries are all made fresh on a flattop. Staff cooks everything in an open kitchen area. This is not the norm in most hotels so I was impressed 😁 Staff is super friendly and accommodating.

Modern renovation and furniture, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. I really liked the hotel. The room has modern renovations and furniture, the bathroom is clean and recently renovated. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. There was a diversity menu. The staff cooked omelettes, pancakes, bacon, right in front of you. I really liked that the dishes are not disposable, it is nice to drink coffee from a porcelain cup, as if at home. I would rate the hotel above 10!

The close proximity to Yankee Stadium is great, as well as the subway 4 line is just a few minutes walk. The rooms and hotel in general was clean, the staff was friendly and the check in/out process was quick. Value was fair, overall a good experience for one night.

The breakfast was pretty average, not that I was expecting much, at least they had something at all. It's also not in place to wonder around much, so the only places to go are Yankee stadium and the subway to get out of the area.

The breakfast staff was friendly but they stood staring at the guests while they got their food. Very awkward and uncomfortable. Sweet potatoes for an option was also odd. Being woke up at 6:15am by housekeeping banging the broom against the room door was unnecessary.

limited breakfast choice, it was the same everyday with alternative bacon or sausage choice. bed was not made in the 5 days I stayed there or the sink and shower area cleaned.

The hotel is so neat and all the staff were so kind and polite, I totally enjoyed my stay.

Excellent parking lot. Gates in and out of the lot. We had a 10ft tall Penske rental van and it was very secure. It was a 15 minute casual walk to Yankee stadium with a 75 year old relative. It’s safe and easy. If you’re going to a Yankees game, this is a great place. The staff answered all our emails and inquiries prior to arrival. The price was great for two Queen beds. It was a 3 minute walk to the train that took us straight into the lower end of Manhattan to visit the 9-11 memorial. The staff at the desk explained the simple process of getting a ticket for the train. Breakfast was really good.

It’s pretty far from mid town so it’s a bit of a long ride to get into Manhattan.

The location, cleanliness, and the reasonable (for NYC) parking rate of $20 a day/night. Having reserved parking within the hotel premises was a great feature because it saved us from searching for parking outside each time we returned. We had peace of mind knowing that we had a spot for our vehicle in a safe place. Really appreciated that.

The breakfast was good, but a bit more options would have been nice.

The staff were very kind! They gave you clean towels and wash cloths daily! They were always cleaning the building so it smelt CLEAN & fresh! Breakfast was changed each day and was yummy! Love how you could come and go as you please. They allowed us to check-in our luggage early and kept it safe for us until it was our check-in time. The train station is literally right up the road which was a major plus!

We were on the first floor where if there was any sudden noise from the hallway we could hear.

The breakfast was excellent all 3 days.

The street noise outside was loud and made it difficult to sleep. Loud music, truck sounds. The entry light kept going on and off. The contactless sensor was misfiring. We had to walk by a muddy, littered construction sight to leave the hotel. I know that you have no control over this, but the litter and sidewalk could be swept.
