Comfort Inn & Suites Las Cruces Mesilla

A full aray of choices - you did not have the same thing every day. The person in the breakfast area was exceptional helpful and courteous. The WHOLE STAFF exceeded any service we have seen in 15 years. Excellent customer service. This always a smile, friendly conversation, upbeat.

There were a couple tiny fixture things that did not impead anything. TP holder was loose. The toilet took me two flushes unless you hit the handle just right. Always cleared but almost always I had to try a second time. The parking options were ok. There are NO PARKING AREAS ANYWHERE in the world anymore for large F250 type trucks. Not specific to this hotel - we just drive a large vehicle.

Great overnight stay. The staff were exceptional in every way. Leticia (Leti) who checked me in was an above and beyond kind of person, super friendly and hospitable and quick to answer (or find the answer to) any questions I had. Carlos who, I believe, was the maintenance person was also extremely kind and helpful. On check-out, Hetal was equally incredible, as was B. who was cleaning the dining area. They were all so engaging and understand what great customer service is all about: kindness. Incredible staff. Clean rooms and facilities and quiet stay.

Everything was great. No complaints. Can't think of anything.

Everything location is perfect t close to freway

-Bathroom was not clean. Both rooms had hair on floor and bathtub Coffee on lobby was cold a2AQa☆☆★☆••z A

Accommodations and staff were great. Rooms are fairly large and very clean. Location was great. Too bad we came in really late. Would have loved to try the winery/pizza place across the street. Breakfast offerings were ok. They do allow pets, however I am so ashamed of those who do not pick up after their pets that leave their dogs poo in front and the side of the hotel. It's people who are disrespectful of property that can ruin it for those (pets-no, charge a higher cleaning fee, etc.)that do the right thing. So people clean up after your pets.

That the guests were disrespectful of property by not picking up after their pets. At check in, the if everhotel should give guest poop bags. Hint hint hint.

Breakfast was good, staff was exceptional and friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable. Room was clean and quiet. Extra comforts like a sofa and chair were great. Lighting was good. Parking was easy.

Bathroom door was warped and frame left gaps. Entry door locks had been repaired until they were quirky but funtional. Curtains had a gap when closed that required a clip to keep closed. The refrigerator was noisy and damaged but also worked. All minor issues in themselves but made room seem in need for repairs.

The breakfast was better than most hotels. Hot items along with cereal, fruit, breads. The location was great for having dogs. Also, close to Mesilla and great restaurants. Easy access to highways for sightseeing. Staff was welcoming and friendly, always greeted us. The owner/manager was extremely gracious and accommodating, So pet friendly. Clean. Will definitely stay again when in area.

Not a thing

Surprised by getting a really large room/suite with couch and chair and king size bed with a good placement on top (2nd) floor and end of hall away from the elevator. Clean room and facility but getting a bit dated. Standard breakfast is available - waffles, bagels, muffins, cereals, yogurt, and some heat-up items like cheese burritos and breakfast sandwiches. Close to Old Mesilla, maybe 5min drive to public parking north of the plaza or about a 20min walk, and also easy highway access to the I-10E/W. Some nearby restaurants.

Great location just off I-10. It was easy to find and was overall comfortable. Breakfast was good. We didn't have a chance to use the workout facility as there was a water issue just outside the room.

Even though we didn't use the workout facility, it only had two options - treadmill and elliptical machine along with free weights. Would like to see more available.

The room was very clean and had a fridge and microwave. We didn't mention the AC trouble because we only stayed on our way to California.

The beds in Comfort Inn hotels are usually very comfortable, but these beds were a little hard. The AC did not cool the room very well despite turning the temp to 65. We woke up sweating at one point.

Angie at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful! Actually, the entire staff was! We really enjoyed the place. It was remarkably quiet during the morning times. Rooms were lovely and the pool area was great!

The emtpy complex in the back was a little sketchy. Few random folks out there which cannot be controlled. However, I had one person follow me in. Not sure where the cameras were but it was a bit jarring.
