Just overall comfort. Felt relaxed and welcome, not worried about anything.

Given the wrong time for breakfast. Understandable, as we checked in on a Friday and clerk probably did not remember it was the weekend and breakfast time is at 7:00, not 6:00 am. Went down at 6:20, and it was dark in the breakfast lounge. The clerk was very courteous and attentive. He accommodated us and made sure he got food out while we had our coffee. We just felt he probably felt we were rushing him. When I told him what happened, he said not to worry, we did not make him uncomfortable. He is a wonderful person and a great asset to your company.

The breakfast was very good, with more than a full spread: coffee, hot water for tea, orange juice, two different waffle makers, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, sausage, potatoes, tortillas, tangerines, English muffins, toast, peanut butter, yoghurts, bagels, butter, cereals, etc. The staff were also excellent, busy but available, quick to answer the phone, always ready to help, friendly and caring. Spacious suite room, and a very comfortable bed. The location near the Pan Am is unbeatable. It’s just far enough off I-25 to be quiet but super convenient.

When I arrived, the automatic lobby door wasn’t working properly and wouldn’t open for me from the outside, so I had to call the front desk from my cell phone to get someone to let me in.

Great Location! STAFF is AMAZING! We've stayed here quire a bit and this is the first time ALL staff that been off the charts- WONDERFUL. Breakfast was great! Pool is AMAZING! This hotel Always has hot water with Great Pressure. The bathrooms & facilities in bathrooms are nice with plenty of nice towels. (Thank you for no water saving toilets!! ) Really liked that snacks are available to purchase in lobby.

Rm 122 Coffee maker worked but didn't support the pod holder so I ended up making a mess- (sorry). Rm 122 had an odd odor- but I bought a room spray & that helped. I would like a small mirror in bed area but not that big of a deal. Prices did go up but willing to pay price for suite rm 208... not so much in Rm 122 non suite with odor. Would like a operable ice maker on 1st floor as it's located in Perfect Spot! Overall Thank you this is our hotel go to when traveling to see kids at NMSU

Location was great ! Close to the memorial centers, I didn’t eat breakfast so don’t know how that was. The rooms looked clean which leads me to ask and wonder if the bedsore and shower curtains get wash after each check out. The hall was clean but a little outdated. The staff was friendly and kind so that is great!

the tub had a slow drain though. The beds are really hard so my husband and I had a hard time sleeping. And the beds where small guessing they are full not queen. We stayed only one night so not to big of a deal. Other then that everything thing else was good.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was completely sold out during our stay and check in was very busy with limited staff. Front desk agent was quick, professional and informative. The breakfast attendant the next morning was very kind and worked hard to keep all of the hot breakfast items stocked.

There was a fold out sofa in the room, however there was no bedding stocked in the room for it. The phone also did not work in the room. I had to go down to the front desk to ask for linens. The front desk agent apologized and quickly grabbed a set for me. It wasn’t a big deal, just inconvenient.

Celina at the front was amazing when we checked it. She made us feel welcomed and was very attentive. SHE DESERVES A RAISE!!! Breakfast was excellent... biscuits and gravy, waffles, eggs, sausage, ect. We will stay here again for our next trip

Sadly, they were doing work on the pool. My kids were upset but what can you do? This is the only complaint.

It was during COVID so things were minimal for breakfast, but good. The location is excellent for wanting to be close to NMSU. The beds were quite comfortable and the room was a good size. Internet was excellent as well. Fridge and Microwave came in handy as well.

We had no bath towels in our room, or soap, so had to retrieve those items from the front desk. Also, I don't understand why any hotel would not have towel bars or strong hooks. The only place to hang anything in the bathroom was on one hook on the back of the door. Hard to reuse towels due to that.

Clean and excellent excellent excellent service—great hot breakfast and kept the hours open more Bc of all the baseball teams there—they really understood that they needed to have time to eat and they didn’t rush anyone—excellent service !!

We needed to check out early and staff said no problem but we couldn't contact booking by phone email or chat to change our dates. So frustrating We were charged for 5 nights but could only stay four.

Breakfast was good ,hot & had pretty good selection. The location a little crazy with how they put the intersection in two circle took awhile.

When I went to check room open the door it had awful smell I check the microwave it had not been clean still little bit of food. It wasn't vacuumed the bed didn't look like it was made .A piece of the wall was chipped off. There was a weird stain on wall by the bed.
