Breakfast was good good / friendly service from the breakfast bar associate. Extremely satisfied with the check in clerk. Our booking thru another provider was a problem concerning credit cards for our stay. He made a great effort to fix this problem. We really liked his professional people attitude and concern due to this problem. All went well. My thanks to the staff and management for a job well done. Will book again in the future.

Breakfast was wonderful! Pretty standard: waffles, a couple hot options, and then regular continental fare but it was clean, open, and we’ll stocked. Room was very clean, great shower, and plenty of toiletries, towels, and the like. Very close to NM State University our main reason for visiting and Walmart with a bunch of restaurants to restock for our road trip.

It does not matter where you stay in the typical mid priced motel. All the complementary breakfast suck. Eggs are not really edible. Heat and serve sausage, bad gravy etc.

The pool was not heated and the towels were not handy. I really don't like asking for towels. Maybe ask at checking in if you plan to use the pool and that way they can give some right then and there.

Initially not at all, we were checked into a dirty room. Unfortunately we had unpacked our stuff. We had to repack and then we’re moved to another room.

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the room. Local restaurant is our favorite. We will be sure to stay again. Staff was very attentive and nice.
Floor on the fourth floor was uneven. Needed more towels. Nothing else. Need more organic selections at breakfast.

Staff practiced Covid precautions including face masks being worn, social distancing, and hand sanitizing. This was much appreciated by all in our party. Staff was friendly and helpful, and did their best to accommodate our needs. Will recommend your establishment to our family and friends. Thank you!

The staff was very courteous. We thought the room was quiet and away from things.
The mirror in the bathroom had burn marks on it but the rest of the room was great. I needed eye medication and they had it in the pantry for a very reasonable price.
