SpringHill Suites by Marriott Las Cruces

I absolutely loved this hotel and most especially the no pet policy. It was in the location where I normally stay when I travel to Las Cruces so I am familiar with the area. The accommodations were absolutely lovely and I felt right at home. The front desk staff was amazing and went out of their way to make me feel welcome.

I was in for a bit of a surprise when I arrived at the hotel as the reservation I had made through Booking.com had somehow not transferred to the Spring Hill Suites property and the hotel did not have my reservation. The front desk clerk, Ms. Kelly, however took action and although they were booked she said she would work something out so I wouldn't be without a room. They were extremely busy but when I came back a short time later she had located a room and had upgraded my stay. It all worked out perfectly and I spent 3 nights there. I absolutely loved staying there and especially the high quality of customer service.

It was a very comfortable quiet stay. Felt safe and secure the entire time being there.

The access to the building was kind of bleh. The side entrance was quite a walk away from the parking and there wasn’t too much parking close to the front door and trailers parked across multiple spots was irritating but nothing major.

I liked that the check out time was noon instead of the usual 11am. That extra hour helps! My kids were able to wake up and swim and still have time to take showers, get dressed, & load the car back up before 12pm!!

The swimming pool had some leaves and dirt floating around in it but there was not a net available to try cleaning the debris out. Also, hot tub was dirty so we did not get in there.

Extremely good value for price, clean, and comfortable. It has a good sized room and bathroom, with a good shower. Good free breakfast.

The only negative was that the bathroom door lock wasn’t working right and didn’t latch/lock.

Breakfast good, better on weekend. People were friendly and professional.

Pool and hot tub were dirty. No towels at pool, had to go to front desk.

Clean room and nice ‘staff, due to COVID-19 no in person breakfast buffet but some ‘to go’ breakfast choices, including an eggs sandwich. As we were traveling with three, We had reserved a suite that, on the pictures, showed a partition. When I. The room, we did not see that, just one large room. We asked the receptionist and she indicated this was a renovated suite ( modern bathroom and no partition). The non renovated ones had the partition. . She transferred us to the non renovated one which was fine. We had a good night stay.

It is not something that I did not like, but the hotel should take into account that some families may prefer some partition and a bit privacy when booking a room that is labeled a suite.. Keep some of those while renovating.

The location was nice, near the freeway, restaurants and gas

The landscape needed work, exterior was a little rundown, the inside was great!

The location, the parking was good , good breakfast

The bed had a hole in middle where it sunk in, could have been better

the rooms were clean and the bathroom was clean and a good size

there was no extra vanity in the room for girls to do their make up

Rooms, customer service, location, room amenities.

Door lock malfunctioned and had to moved rooms but not much of an issue.
