Cleanliness

Neither agent at the front desk knew the area well enough to recommend restaurants, to give driving directions, to understand North from South re where the hotel is located, knew how to read the map they called up on the computer, to explain major local highways - including Interstate highways. It was a frustrating experience trying to determine how to find the restaurant finally recommended. Better training on these skills are needed, possibly true across your entire chain.

Was extremely impressed with the staff. Everyone was very polite and helpful. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was good and the fact you had coffee 24 hrs a day was a nice surprise and it was very good.

The only thing was the store wasn't stacked very well. Not a big deal.

The room was great, and the free Wifi signal was sufficient that I could work in the room after I arrived in anticipation of meetings I had scheduled for the weekend. On the last day of meetings, I had to check out at 7PM. When we finished at noon I had work to complete before leaving the Syracuse area. The building I was in was scheduledto close, and I returned to the hotel, and was allowed to work in the lobby area at a table for 2 1/2 hours to complete my work before returning to Rochester. The staff was great!

The store had been pretty cleaned out of stock when I went to see about buying myself a couple of goodies, but there was supply to choose from....so to answer the question, this was a minor detail.

The smile the receptionist gave us when we arrived late and her helpfulness were just great. It was late and we were tired. She was such a pleasure to speak with.

The breakfast food. Some of the danishes and muffins had very high calorie content. Could try to have healthier foodstuffs for the meal

The staff was super friendly. It took literally two seconds to check in. The room and other areas were very clean. Didn’t try the pool but it was open and looked to be well kept.

Room was immaculate and huge...far exceeded my expectations, especially considering the price I paid. Breakfast spread was great as well...even being in the pandemic which was a wonderful surprise when I went down to get a coffee.

Very convenient location for traveling through town on cross country road trip. Hotel excellent in every way: helpful & polite staff, very clean, comfortable, well maintained and spacious room, convenient breakfast, with good selection of healthy food.

No complaints!

Spacious walk in shower, comfortable couch LR area

Closet was tiny, though adequate for overnight stay. Also the pool is so small only useful for small children.

The Counter staff was very friendly Liked the Lil shop area

Couldn't find a room with 2 beds, but, all in all I still had a nice time

The size and comfort of the bed and furniture were excellent. The bathroom was comfortable size and we loved the walk-in shower. The staff was very polite and accommodating.

I felt that the tax was exceptionally high.
