Motel 6-Hamburg, NY

It was easy to find, the girl at the desk was pleasant. It was fine for what we needed, just a place to sleep and get ready in the morning. We weren't looking for fancy amenities. I LOVED that it was pet friendly. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot. It wasn't far from stores and restaurants. My youngest son wanted to live there and the one who was hesitant about staying at a Motel 6, now said that he wouldn't mind staying at one again. All that said we were happy staying at the Motel 6 in Hamburg, NY.

The only thing that we would have liked was a small refrigerator to put leftovers in.

The rooms were upgraded in this older hotel and for what they were, they were well done. Being a motel 6 I didn't expect it to be as good as some others But it wasn't bad. The main reason we stayed here is because it's near Highmark stadium to go to a Bill's game so It's location was perfect.

The mattress wasn't that thick and wasn't that comfortable. The hotel itself is very outdated the building is probably from the '70s. Think old time motel.. As I mentioned it's been updated and for what it is it's not bad but it probably should just be rebuilt.

Staff was great, very helpful especially with the huge storm Definitely going back

Could use a weatherstripping around the door, quite the gap kept letting the wind and snow blow in. Also the heating unit has a gap and blows cold air as well. Took awhile to warm the room but once done everything was fine

Clean room, quiet location, comfortable bed.

Grounds around buildings were full of weeds. It looked like no one had done any landscaping in several years. Exterior of buildings needed paint and maintenance. Manager charged me $100 extra as a "deposit", which I will get back as a credit on my credit card in four or five days if my room passes their inspection.

The location was excellent but what really made the difference with our stay was how quickly and and graciously the owner responded to any request. He was generous with his time and knowledge.

Very little.

No rugs!!! That is a super bonus in my mind.

Towels were way too small. Also, the computers were down so we paid in cash and I have since lost the receipt. Unfortunately, that means I cannot file it on my expense report for compensation.

Honestly didn’t have high expectations by the pictures. But this places was very clean and the best part was the beds were extremely comfortable!! Would definitely recommend again!

In the room was paint on the walls. Almost like a little kid painted the walls. But other than that perfect

Nice place. Front desk staff was super pleasant. Very quite. Close parking to rooms. Rooms are clean.

Rooms needs a mini fridge, Hair dryers, maybe a coffee machine. Ice machine was a bit of a walk. Door needs a Sercurity latch lock. Could see day light throu the door.

Awesome stuff very nice and helpful could not ask for them to be any better the owner is very understanding great job

Quiet and convenient to stores and fair

Check in is simple and rooms were clean. Owner is on the desk and super friendly. We stay here always when going to Bills games

Pillows need to be replaced
