Canopy By Hilton Ithaca Downtown

Very good breakfast a la carte. Great location in the centre of Ithaca. They have a very convenient hotel shuttle to college campuses and the airport.

Poor sound insulation of the connecting door between adjacent rooms. Our neighbours were not particularly noisy, but we could hear them well when they were talking or watching TV.

The hotel was in a great location -- convenient to the shops and restaurants of downtown Ithaca, as well as to the Ithaca College and Cornell campuses. Parking was convenient about a block away, with ample space to pull up and unload. The building itself appears new and has a cool vibe. Our room was bigger than expected. Free Netflix was nice. The hotel was clean and beds/bath very comfortable. A real treat.

No complaints. Didn't love our breakfast, but probably just ordered wrong.

We were traveling with a bicycle on top of our car so couldn’t fit under the parking garage entry. Thanks to Kayla for allowing us to park in the small check in lot overnight.

The cost for the breakfast should be posted. We were unclear as to whether it was included as we were just told at check in if the time for breakfast. We grabbed a coffee and a yogurt and nothing else which ended up costing $15.

The hotel is very well located in Ithaca's downtown area, right next to all restaurants and other hotels. I spent only a night here, but found the hotel to be cozy and with a modern look. Overall would recommend it for business or pleasure visits.

No parking at the premises.

The room was spacious and clean. Staffs were nice.

No parking lot. The parking lot in front of the hotel is only for loading/unloading luggages. You need to park your car in the public parking lot.

The gym was great and the surprise peloton bike was a bonus.

The peloton bike was malfunctioning- resistance knob was broken and not calibrated on the screen. I'm sure this was addressed by other clients using the bike, but I did tell the front desk about the problem and need for repair.

We had an excellent stay here. Stellar location in downtown Ithaca...easy to walk to restaurants and the Commons. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and modern with a warm feel. The beds are also very comfortable. We loved the lobby area to hang out in with the fireplace in the evening. We felt very safe there in terms of cleanliness and the Covid requirements.

I rated this 9 because there was a power outage the first night and we could not check in and had to keep calling back. We were tired and couldn’t wait ably longer and needed to just get a room for my kids to rest. It is not the properties fault for the power outage, but I am waiting for booking.com to cancel my 1st night payment and then I will make this a 10. The property said that they will cancel this night with no fee but it has to go through booking.com. I have not yet heard back from booking.com if they are going to cancel the first night stay without a fee. Again, this has nothing to do with Canopy by Hilton.

Great Location, friendly staff. Soft clean bed sheets and pillow. Spacious enough to place our luggage’s in the room, big open closet. Good WiFi, charging slots available. Nice shower gels etc

Cleaning was available every 4 days, so not for our stay. We would have liked at least the emptying of the bathroom litter on a daily basis. The breakfast had limited choice for what we paid, but maybe because of covid they has to wrap everything individually.

it’s brand new, gorgeous, fresh, clean, huge accommodations, handy capped room was top notch. staff was amazing. perfectly decorated. perfect location. felt upscale. we rented 2 adjoining rooms and it was huge and luxurious.

I would have loved a pool for the kids or an arcade / game room. or a hot tub / spa room. other than that it was spot on perfect. very relaxing vibe.

This hotel is well appointed in downtown Ithaca - clean accommodations with ample size room. Staff with courteous and checkin seamless.

Breakfast was lackluster - and we did need to walk about 5 minutes to the public parking garage and pay + $7 or overnight parking.
