The front desk person after giving my name in my confirmation number she could not find it so she told me I was at the wrong place I went outside three different times because I could not get any service inside the hotel and quickly found out that she was incorrect and she found me after I went in the third time and told her that she should look for my name again and she said it was put in their backwards first name last last name first, after all that embarrassment in front of others I thought she did not do enough to correct the problem or to even care at that point. My stay was good I enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and I would go stay there again hoping not to run into her again. She really didn't have any interest in helping me or looking for my name.

Room was well-appointed, lots of electrical outlets, exceptionally clean, cool, space-efficient closet space and large bathroom. Also microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Pet friendly. Breakfast was more than expected. Laundry room on-floor was an unexpected amenity. Campus was very quiet and relaxing.

TV had annoying few channels. Closet had broken opener/impossible to get into. USB port bedside was broken. Unkempt landscaping left a negative first impression. $75 per night 'pet friendly' fee -- excessive -- not shown on website.

Location was excellent. The check was so efficient and pleasant especially since I arrived at 1:00 Am. I have check in with the same staff member before she is always pleasant and accommodating

The Check in experience, she was so courteous My room was spotless and very comfortable What I do not like is that the Hamptons price is much higher than booking.com so I am unable to get my Hilton members rewards

The room was quiet, clean and comfortable.

We chose this hotel specifically for the free airport shuttle. Their service didn't start until 4:00 am which was too late for us to be there early enough for our 5:21 AM flight. Luckily we were able to make different arrangements. You should have in your information that the shuttle is NOT 24 hours.

Very convenient location. My flight landed late at night and I was able to pick up the rental car and get to the hotel very quickly. I've stayed here many times and the staff is always friendly. Breakfast is good and convenient.

There was a weird smell in my room, like it had been vacuumed with an old vacuum bag that needed to be changed.

The staff was great! very accommodating. The bathroom was spotless! They had free coffee and tea all day long at the lobby.

The desk chair was very dirty/stained. Also, the room had a foul smell, like humidity. The air conditioner was super loud too. Also, I had breakfast at 8 am and they had already ran out of almonds. The breakfast was pretty basic and for them to run out of things, made it even worse.

Clean, safe, and friendly staff.

A little bit confusing when you go there the first time. Google maps is also not as accurate. I wished people didn’t talk in the hallway. There were two people going in and out of the room like hundred times and talking in the hallway at 6am in the morning.

The fitness center no longer has a treadmill and the workout equipment is limited compared to a stay earlier in the year. Which is one of the main reasons for booking here, unfortunately I will find a different Hamilton inn or hotel with a fitness center that is equipped for a workout on my next stay.

Convenient location near airport. Not a fancy hotel, but it had everything I needed. Derrick is a rock star - I had a super-early check-out, and he was happy to snag me a yogurt and banana since the free breakfast wasn't open yet!

The parking lot situation is very odd. You have to come in through another hotel's parking lot and it's a little confusing.

The room, the staff, the breakfast, the entire stay...wonderful. This is how a hotel is supposed to be run. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and available. I was quite impressed. Good humor and a tasty breakfast go a long way!

Nope. Not gonna say I disliked a thing. The stay was quite comfortable.
