It was clean. The staff was always prompt, and extremely polite! I appreciate all of them. And will be coming back.

Prior to booking, I callled the hotel and inquired about separate spaces to hold a child’s birthday party. Spoke to the manager actually , and she told me no , however the weekend of my stay there in fact had been a family Christmas party utilizing g the dining area and the separate that didn’t exist. I was extremely disappointed and of course I had to question if it was a matter of race , because I repeatedly asked her so there’s no separate room to throw a party and she claimed no and suggested to book a room instead. Was my money not enough for a private conference room ??

Everything from the staff to the facilities to the price vastly exceeded expectations. We would absolutely stay there again! The room was huge, with full kitchen amenities, great water pressure and temperature in the shower, and considerate details included. Even the continental breakfast, though very crowded, was quite good. We were blown away at how much nicer our stay was than the reasonable price tag led us to expect!

The mattress was a little firmer than ideal and the pillows very, very soft - my husband ended up putting the throw pillows from the couch under the bed pillows so he had better neck support. But that's all a matter of preference so we can't fault the hotel at all!

We took a mini staycation here on New Years Eve to swim and use the facilities. Lots of other families had the same idea so it was definitely a fun pool party. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and super clean. The best hotel breakfast I have ever experienced. Lots of options. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall a fun way to spend NYE in a great hotel.

The pool attendant was very grumpy, not nearly enough towels for the pool and the hot tub needs to be a few degrees higher.

Breakfast was very good. Everything was hot, however, hash brown tray was emptied and never refilled. Otherwise, a very nice hotel and would recommend anyone to stay here. Room was very clean, bed was extremely comfortable. Great having a kitchen, too.

Only "complaint" would be the vanity is open to the bedroom. If you are with someone who is sleeping late, you would have to get washed in the dark with little water. Otherwise, putting on the light and running the water is likely to wake the other person.

Nice Hotel

The Pricing was was out of range. 253.00 for 1 Bedroom Suite. That's a Flagrant Foul. You get Excellent Value down at Staybridge Suites, down the block at Colonie Mall. Suite Designs are more innovative and the Kitchenettes are better roomier. The Bathrooms at Staybridge Suites are Extremely Beautiful and Vogue. Overall you get more value for the layout at a cheaper price at Staybridge Suites. You advertise Homewood Suites as a 5 Star Hotel and that's misleading. Their staff is 5 Star but the Hotel Property l hasn't reached that Pinnacle yet. The Bathroom in my Suite was very old school and disappointing. Especially for $253.00 for the night. It felt more like a Squeeze play and a Giant Fib. I feel like I got Beat by your organization on the price.

Breakfast was good. Location was excellent.

The only thing that could be improved was the mattress protector and fitted sheet didnt fit securely and kept popping off all night when we moved around so had to keep getting up to fix it several times. So for a hotel to prevent bugs etc the sheet should be secure enough not to come off that easily.

Homewood Suites is a great hotel to stay, especially for a few days. Every detail & need is taken of in the studio room. Everything is immaculate. While most hotels do breakfast, this is one worth eating. The food is fresh, plentiful & appealing with delicious fruit.

First hotel of many with NO complaints.

Very nice staff all around, super clean rooms, great wednesday food and drinks, and very convenient location to airport, the staff were all very nice, including the cook Sasha!

The only thing i did not like was too much chlorine in the pool and hot tub, and the pool was cold, i thought it would be hot!

Accommodations, decor, cleanliness all very good. Feel very comfortable in this hotel as a solo traveller. Found staff courteous and accommodating.

While I mostly loved the complimentary hot breakfast buffet during my stay. My last day was very disappointing when scrabbled eggs, along with other choices, were replaced by a single choice of a thin cheese omelet which not only did not look appetizing but wasn't, with corned beef added as a side. Not an enjoyable breakfast which I don't think would be appealing to children at all.

booked a 1br king suite. room was very spacious, impeccably clean upon arrival. beds and pillows were very comfortable, water pressure in shower was great, staff at front desk were very personable and informative. breakfast was excellent, great stay all around.
