Courtyard by Marriott Albany Airport

I had dropped my daughter off at camp in NY (from LA) and needed a decent, clean, comfortable room by the Albany airport and the Courtyard Marriott fit the bill perfectly. It was super easy to find, plenty of parking and a quick check in. This location seemed like it was a more new version and had a very clean feel to it. There was even a little Bistro inside the hotel that you could get dinner and drinks at. The room was a decent size and pretty clean. The bed was surprisingly super comfortable.

The only thing that I noticed was that there was some dirt/ dust on the side of the shower but everything else was super clean so I assumed it was just accidentally forgotten.

Superb Hotel, recently built, extremely clean, comfy bed, well located. Breakfast is simple and delicious. Lots of A/C outlets in the room, modern furnishing, excellent ironing equipment, quality 1800 watt hair dryer , modern roomy shower, Shampoo, Body wash, conditioner excellent quality. Yes, even the facial tissue and hygiene paper rolls are buy for home quality. Would definitely go back without hesitation to this place.

There is no clear markings of what the shower soaps are. It’s written in light text on a light coloured bottle. Try going into the shower half awake in the morning trying to figure which is the body soap, shampoo or conditioner. Now imagine if you usually wear glasses !! Nothing like using conditioner all over your body when you thought is was body wash. Also, ladies note, there is no magnifying mirror in the bathroom for make up or a shower cap. Good grief, just those last few details could of made this hotel perfect. But I still would go back to this place.

This was a perfect place to start our trip in NY. Arrived late and planned a trek further south to my old stomping grounds (Catskills). Very comfortable beds and close enough to roam around the local area. couldn’t be happier with the accommodations and friendly staff. - very affordable as well. Thanks to all. 🙏

We didn’t spend enough time on any details so I don’t have any qualms. All good.

very clean, updated room. we loved hanging out on the back patio around the gas fire pit. the location is perfect. close to everything and a safe area. the shower was large and very clean with great water pressure.

The shower has full size 39 degrees north shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which is awesome!! except the conditioner and body wash was empty and i couldn’t do anything about it because i was already in the shower. that is my only complaint.

Room was clean and comfortable.

Staff couldn't locate our reservation upon check in. Booking.com listed incorrectly; listed as "Androbert instead of under my name Suzanne. Disappointed, we were told at check- in breakfast was served until 9:30am. Asked to order breakfast at 9:20am, was told they were no longer serving. Difficult to find street entrance to park and check-in.

clean large room, location to freeway

No bar soap for bathroom sink, bartender service lacking - too busy talking to friends and seemed put out when asks for drinks and food, front desk staff member too busy using cell phone to acknowledge me standing in front of desk to ask question. No free breakfast in stay.

Modern, clean, friendly staff; great coffee/breakfast shop, Wired, across the parking lot.

No vent in bathroom made for dripping wet mirror and everything in the room after a shower. Also - the availability of food at the hotel was either extremely limited or non-existent. Luckily there’s a great little coffee/bagel shop across the parking lot.

The alarm in the room went off at 6am and this was our only morning to sleep in! It would be nice if the cleaning staff would ensure that the alarms were not set for new guests!!!!!

The young woman that checked me in was fantastic she was happy friendly and welcoming!

Would like to have room service available

it was close to the airport and was bright and airy inside

hair was on the bathroom floor when we arrived and one of the pillows had a foul odor. Besides that, everything was nice! Staff super friendly!
